Norman Van Aken is a restaurateur, chef, author, and James Beard recipient of “Who’s Who in America" and widely considered the "founding father" of New World Cuisine.

NORMAN'S offers a creative culinary and mixology experience, with an extensive wine list. Offering our main dining room, two private dining rooms, and our interior bar/lounge, along with an elegant, covered Terrace offering alfresco dining, with live music on Friday nights, & a DJ on Friday/Saturday.

HAPPY HOUR: Every Day 5:00- 7:00PM, $10 Cocktails, $8 Wines by the glass & seasonal tapas
DRESS CODE: Dining Room: Smart Casual/ Smart Dress (jackets are not required)

By far one of the finest tables in all of Orlando. The food and service are always stellar. Wine service is also perfection. Every detail has been carefully considered. The tasting menus are incredible values for the quality of the food served and the wine pairings are always perfect. Fabulous!

Norman’s in Orlando is truly a five-star experience! The service was impeccable, attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we arrived. Each dish was a culinary delight, perfectly presented and bursting with flavor. The staff’s attention to detail made the evening even more special, ensuring everything was perfect from start to finish. If you’re looking for an elevated dining experience where service, cuisine, and ambiance are all top-tier, Norman’s is the place to be. A true gem in Orlando!

Everything about this meal was perfection. Steak was perfectly cooked. Wine selection was solid and showed value. The squares on each and every dish were impressive. Will be coming back.

Best dining experience in a long time. Top notch professional service by John. The ambience was nice and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this place.

The food, service and atmosphere was amazing. The wait staff were very efficient, knowledgeable and attentive. The sommelier was also very knowledgeable and helpful directing us in our wine selection. Would highly recommend Norman’s.

Excellent service and food was phenomenal. Only downside is the first plates/appetizers were too small for the price. But overall, the food was great, service was excellent, and the atmosphere really incredible.

Beautiful location, atmosphere, and great customer service. The food value is not my favorite- amount served are smaller to mid portioned their are some menu options that do not come with sides it’s just your choice of portion with a little sauce and herb as a design so make sure you ask questions before you order. Food is very good. . (Wish for price there was more food) servers are top tier, drinks at bar also very good. Overall amazing experience, we will come again.

Great dining experience with exceptional waitstaff attention to detail and exceptional wine service with price to quality recommendations that were discerning yet justifiable in recommendation of price to quality recommendations. The good quality was of high quality and great taste. My wife and I were truly entertained with culinary style and patron services presented to my table this evening. Shout out to all of our servers , sommeliers and back of the house- chefs and line cooks - you guys blow my 1500 dollar dinner at Per Se in NYC out of the water !!! You guys- don’t lose your passion and service for a wonderful experience

We enjoyed a nice date night here and the service was superb! Although the food tasted fine, the portions are smaller than many of the fine dining establishments in the area. We left still hungry so something to be mindful of if you’re use to nice portion sizes. I recommend this nice restaurant to anyone who wants a great service and unique dining experience!
