North Fork is a brand-new eatery that pulls its inspiration from the northwest outdoors, with a key focus on sourcing ingredients from local farmers and purveyors within Oregon. Our space, crafted from reclaimed fir down to the bar, and the locally-sourced garnishes in our cocktails, all contribute to a superior farm-to-fork dining experience. We proudly serve Oregon grassfed beef and wild seafood harvested from the rivers and coastline of Oregon. Moreover, we showcase Oregon's award-winning beer varieties and present a curated wine list from the region's smaller vineyards. It's our mission to become the preferred dining spot for individuals looking to savor Oregon's distinct flavors and aesthetic beauty, and the local's choice for a friendly gathering place.

First time back to North Fork since the name change, and we were pleased. Kaitlin was delightful, and despite being photos with a table of 10, she remained attentive. The deviled eggs were quite different, although a bit too spicy for my wife (more for me!). The salad was excellent (and priced for Happy Hour), and the steak frittes was delicious – although a bit meager to share.

We selected this restaurant after researching where to have a special Thanksgiving dinner. Website promised a “Farm to Fork” multi-course Thanksgiving feast for $50/person. We didn’t expect it to be a sports bar, and we definitely didn’t expect them to be out of almost everything on the holiday menu after being threatened with a $50pp no-show charge. Our “Thanksgiving” choices were pasta, salmon or chicken, for $50ea. They were out of the soup, out of everything Thanksgiving related and out of prime rib. We would have liked to at least have been given the option to he excused from the $50pp Thanksgiving rate, considering the only Thanksgiving food available was the dried out, sad looking half slices of pumpkin pie they provided with the fish and pasta. The least they could have done was comp a glass of wine to make up for the complete lack of availability of everything promised with our reservation, but no. $130 for one glass of wine, a tiny salad, a small slice of salmon, a bowl of pasta and two pathetic slices of dried out pie n a sports bar. Save your money.

We went for Thanksgiving dinner and overall, the food and service were good. However, several things on the prix fixe menu had run out by the time we arrived, one from every course, including the prime rib that some were really looking forward. In addition, we were going to be charged full price for an elderly family member who was not going to order anything because she was part of the reservation. It seems that, if the issue was needing to have firm numbers for planning meals, then everything should have been available on the menu. Eventually, the manager granted the compromise of not charging $50 for our grandmother, which was appreciated. Still, the whole experience was uncomfortable and took away from our Thanksgiving celebration.

This post is specific to Thanksgiving dinner. Being from out of town we were so appreciative of having a place to go for Thanksgiving dinner instead of eating snacks at our hotel. The restaurant was offering a price fixe menu with a few choices per course which was fine initially, however, they were out of everything we had ordered for all 5 of us for all courses. No bisque. No prime rib. No apple crisp. When we pivoted meals for all of us we went with the traditional Thanksgiving turkey dinner. Well, our server had to come back and tell us they were also all out of that entree choice as well. Our server was very sweet and we could tell she was so upset for us. The manager was supposed to come talk to us but never did. We still paid the full price of $50 each for our meals which did feel unfair. Again I’m grateful that the restaurant was open. It just would have been nice to have some acknowledgment or way to make it right. We spent about $280 with tip and left hungry and let down.

My assumption is that the restaurant didn't get enough food supplies in for Thanksgiving, even though we made reservations a month ahead and it was $50/person. This was very disappointing and we will not return. Portions were small, about 20% less than expected. Only the soup was normal size, and it was overly peppered. And only the green beans seemed seasoned properly. The cranberry relish was just a smear on the turkey slices. There was about two tablespoons of gravy on a small lump of mashed potatoes. Stuffing was dry and small. Waitress couldn't bring in any more gravy. I had to drink a lot of water because food was dry. Food arrived barely warm and had to be sent back, but it still wasn't hot after a long wait under the heat lamp. The serving temperatures wouldn't pass health inspector's measurements.

The food was great. The turkey might’ve been slightly dry, but everything other than that was on point the drinks were amazing. And our server was incredibly fast very attentive and did an amazing job. She deserves a raise.

We are from Texas but our daughter has moved to Eugene. Every time we come for a visit, we try out a new hiking trail, a new winery, and a new restaurant. Yours is by far the best we have tried in the year we have been traveling back and forth. Our waitress was so knowledgeable, the lighting and noise levels were just right, and the food was superb! Your establishment is one we will be recommending to our friends for sure (:
