We planned to attend a holiday event at the Galleria Mall and decided to have lunch first at North Italia. The food was so delicious! We started with the meatballs and the truffle bread. It was my favorite part of the meal and a good portion size for the price. Next I got the pasta bolognese and my husband got the hot Italian Stromboli. We liked them both but both agreed the pasta was a bit better than the Stromboli. Overall it was a great experience. We’ll be back to this location as well as probably try one a little closer to home.

Very good food. Was a delay getting appetizers after ordering food. The ambience was good, waiter was nice but pricy for the DFW area.

The service experience at this location was way below expectations as we have had amazing services and food at the other two locations. The food was a bit salty, but the service was very lack luster to non-existent. We ordered a bottle of wine right when we sat which took 30 minutes for someone not our waiter to tell us that they didn’t have it. So we then ordered another bottle and that took another 30 mins to be brought to the table. Never did our waiter (Ricky) come over to tell us what was happening. When he (Ricky) brought the wine we were contemplating just canceling but didn’t cancel officially. The waiter (Ricky) took it upon himself to just take the bottle away and removing our wine glasses without even confirming with us that we actually wanted to cancel. During our whole meal our waiter never came by to ask how we were doing or if everything was acceptable. I expected more from North Italia on the level of service they would accept from their employees to provide to their customers.

We were a group of five, four adults and one teenager. Our server was training a new hire. The new hire did a great job. She was friendly and efficient and always had a smile. The orders included a Margarita pizza, the meatball sandwich, Parmesan chicken sandwich and the chicken salad. All the ingredients were fresh, well cooked and delicious. I especially enjoyed the chicken salad; the Parmesan chicken sandwich did have a small spicy kick but not overpowering. Overall, everyone enjoyed their meal, the atmosphere and the friendly service. We will definitely be going back.

I always love North Italia. The food is wonderful and the ambience was so pretty with the Christmas lights shining through.

The food is good but they put small amount of meat/protein. The place is nice. Our server is not friendly. The food took a little longer before we received them. When the food arrived, Requested our server to take pic and she said give me 2 seconds and did not return until after 10-15 minutes. The moment has been ruined already. One of my friend is still eating and she had her bread in her hand, the same server took her plate while she is still eating. Because all the dirty plates are stacked up, she grab a napkin and place on the table instead of offering a clean plate that is available in the side station.
