   We were so excited for North Italia to open close to our home as it is one of our favorites. We had a reservation and although we were there a few minutes before and with a near empty restaurant, it took almost 10 minutes to seat us. The front of house seemed to have no interest in getting people checked in and seated. Once seated, in the bar instead of the restaurant, said they would be right back with a kids menu and never returned. Our server, Michael, was excellent and attentive without being overbearing and all the food was delicious.

   We came for NYE dinner. We had a reservation at 7:30 and waited about 10 minutes to be sat. Food was 10/10, service was great, and the ambiance was perfect! Love this place and will continue to come back!!

   We went for NYE and enjoyed the prix fixe menu. The waiter was reasonably educated on the drink menu and wine list. He was attentive and conscientious, keeping us updated on any issues like a short backup at the bar. I had the burrata and the short ribs. My husband had the bruschetta and the spicy pasta. The short ribs were the highlight. We’ll definitely be returning to try their regular menu.

   It was NYE and prix fix which I didn't know prior to arriving. the choices were decent but service was very slow for early in the evening and we had kids with us. The price for what we actually had I felt was overpriced for nothing really special. The regular menu is by far better. I have eaten at other locations with better service. Our reservation was at 6:00 pm and we couldn't even finish our desert by 7:30, had to take it to go. This was convenient for our evening plans. Will not do prix fix ever again. Hope my next time will be better.

   Good food, not very prompt service….waited 20 minutes for our dessert to be delivered (gelato). Extremely loud and difficult to visit with members of our party.

   This was our third visit and while the food and drinks were on point, the service was painfully slow. I’m sure they are struggling to get enough good help. Our waitress was VERY pleasant and technically did a good job but probably could have checked in a little more especially considering how long we waited for our food. At one point she asked how we were doing and I said fine but a bit hungry… she then asked if she could bring some bread… all nice and appreciated but probably would’ve been far more effective if she would’ve just brought it halfway into our waiting as goodwill and an apology for the long wait. I don’t want to come down on her too hard as she was probably stretched way too thin and that added to the delay. The other thing I take issue with is that our food came out in three different bunches and the first two entrees were nearly gone by the time the last person’s food was served. Normally we would’ve waited but we were starving by the time the food came and it would’ve been cold if we waited. Overall, the look of the place and food are terrific…. We will definitely be back and only mentioning this as constructive criticism.

   Food and service were great! Only negative was the noise level. Could only converse with the person right next to me. The wait staff were very friendly and efficient and worked well together.
