   The hostess had no clue what was happening, he didn’t greet any guests at the entrance, seemed like he was in left field…not a good look for the restaurant to have him be up front. Food was amazing but it took forever. 3 hours for a 4 top is terrible. You cook the steak yourself so why does it take forever??? A lot of people turned away at the door…the place should concern themselves with table turnover, no management.

   This was pretty awesome cooking food on a stone at your table. Outstanding steak and wings and huge selection of beer!

   We had the Valentine special with a delicious salad, surf & turf with sweet potato fries, and an apple dumpling for dessert. All was top notch!

   We had a very nice meal and our service was terrific. Belated Valentines Day evening out and the place was hopping. Steaks were super, pear salad was outstanding and a very generous size. The side salads are usually hard to eat in that tiny crock but the pear salad came in a huge bowl…loved it. Valentine dinner special was really nice and I thought very affordable so thank you for offering that to customers. We had an event on the North Shore so when that email about Valentines Day specials, that sealed the deal. Noise level was fine, we could hear each other talking just fine. The only thing that makes it a bit challenging is parking so give yourself a bit of extra time to circle the block a few times. We enjoy North Shore Tavern…it’s unique and fun!

   Arrived around 2:30. Place was busy. Hostess was awesome, friendly, and made a quick change to our seating due to our first table being a tight fit in a corner. They were short staffed but it didn't change the service. everyone was attentive and nice. Love going here!

    Overall not a bad experience and I don’t regret going I just wouldn’t be in a hurry to return. The restaurant seems like a ‘try it’ experience, ok for every now and then. Cooking your own steak on a stone isn’t for everyone and just be prepared to smell like a kitchen because the ventilation is not great and everyone has sizzling steaks on their tables you will smell like it leaving. The appetizer was the best- dill pickle pizza. Very good. The delmonico was average not a ton of flavor as I usually experience with delmonicos and the scallops were not seasoned at all- no flavor no butter. The service was good and it was a nice date so no complaints just not blown away.
