We did the valentine experience. Food was served cold. service was slow but friendly. Restaurant was so cold, we had to leave on our jackets. Cocktails were nice and comparable in price. Only recieved food a half hour, before we had to give up our table. Dessert for 2, was barely enough for one. I do not recommend!!!

For a place that charges 35$/person/cancellation.....I expected a whole lot more than what we got and was extremely disappointed. No variety in drinks nor food. The restaurant was freezing (even the server admitted it was cold) with only a small heat lamp by the entrance. We were surprised that an adult restaurant/bar allowed a kid that could not have been older than 8, to run around from table to table disrupting each table. Not only that, I was given a total service charge of 38% (1 20% and 1 18%). Having paid after the correction, the server was rude not even thanking us or telling us goodbye...as if she was upset I caught the mistake. I would not recommend this place, unfortunately.

We enjoyed the live saxophone music. The restaurant had a good ambience and was esthetically nice. Our food didn't take long to come. We ordered the Hummus and naan bread. The food especially the naan bread was too salty,so I couldn't finish it.. I would go back,but I would order something different.

Food was tasty but not many options on the menu, let alone gluten free ones. I loved the vibes and atmosphere. The empress gin cocktail was tasty but a bit too sweet. Overall would definitely go back. It’s great for drinks and apps to start the night.

The restaurant ambiance and vibe was fantastic, the staff were very friendly, courteous, attentive and was aware of the small details. They were super kind and made the evening special with special details. The life music was wonderful and the food was exquisite. Will be returning!

From the moment we walked in we were impressed by the ambiance. The staff was friendly and the food was nearly perfect.

Perhaps this is more of a lounge/ club. Definitely not a real dinner place.

The overall experience is nice calm and “loungey” style. The seating is not great. I felt my partner and I were limited to certain conversations due to people sitting on either side of us extremely close, and I mean extremely closeeee. All the food has a 18% service fee added at the end on your bill which would have been nice to also know before hand. The live singer/pianist was fantastic and the cocktails were great. Just based on the strict reservation process I would have wished to have more privacy. Also extremely weird odours coming through the restaurant in waves which was not pleasing.

I had a reservation but when I got to the restaurant the doors were locked and no one was there. I called multiple times and it went to voicemail. They should not accept reservations if the restaurant is not open.

Thank you for your review and for making a reservation with us. We were indeed open on the evening you had a reservation, as we had multiple other groups dining with us at that time. It seems there may have been some confusion, as our doors were unlocked and the restaurant was operating normally. Perhaps you tried an entrance that was not our main door? We have a few different entrances that can sometimes cause mix-ups for first-time guests. We're very sorry for the inconvenience this caused you. We take reservations seriously and would never accept them if we were closed for the evening. Our team makes every effort to provide a seamless dining experience.
