If you want a place to eat a delicious vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free, I recommend Nourish Bistro. The juices are delicious too.

My husband is vegan and so we both ordered vegan so we could try eachothers food. The presentation looked exactly like the photos. Lots of flavor to each dish we tried(poutine, gyoza, mushroom ravioli and bear burger with falafel salad) each dish had its own unique flavors to it so it didn’t feel like we were eating the same thing from each plate. My husband loved the burger. He loved the texture and the fact that he could see pieces of beets and beans in it. He also finished off the ravioli. He loved the coconut sauce. My favourite was probably the gyoza, however I’m not a fan of cilantro and you could definitely taste it in there. It had a nice kick to it though. We will definitely be back to try more items off the menu. It’s great that it has both vegan and regular options so if you are traveling with a variety of people, everyone should be able to find something to eat!

All the food we had was delicious! Especially the kimchi burger - one of the best burgers I have ever had! Staff was also very friendly, and the decor was quite nice. I will definitely be returning!

Amazing choices of vegan and vegetarian. Best in Banff. Lovely staff and the food was AMAZING! Will be back.
