Was there for the spa and a meal couldn't fault it spa very clean and food was out of this world

Been here a few times over the years and been good. When we arrived it was pointed out a number of times that the table was only for 2 hrs actually she knocked 15 mins off as we were 10 mins late. Not great start. Food was below average at £45 a head it’s a beautiful hotel shame about the food quality had a Brewers Fayre feel to it being a buffet

My family and I really enjoyed our meal on Christmas day. Everything about the hotel restaurant was so enjoyable. The food was lovely and plenty to choose from. The waiting staff were exceptional. Nothing was too much bother for them and they were all dressed for the occasion. Coffee and tea was available free of charge. The cost was very reasonable. I will certainly book again.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and plenty of it, great value for the cost ( Brussels were very hard) It was the first time we had gone out for Xmas lunch ( north of Scotland thing I did miss my skirlie & mashed turnip. Will be back 😊

I thoroughly enjoyed the spa and 2 course meal with prosecco. The young lady in the restaurant who served us was very helpful with a lovely pleasant nature. I am back again on the 6th January with my cousin, birthday treat.

We enjoyed our meal a lot. The service was excellent and the food was very good . We were surprised to see young children behind us in the bar area about 9pm but I guess in a hotel there is not much anyone can do to protect diners from noisy children. We had the Pinot Grigio White which was perfectly chilled and our three course meal was excellent especially the Prawn cocktail and also the Churros for sweet. I would definately return happily to this restaurant.

Food was brilliant. Mushroom tagliatelle, spicy meat pizza and white chocolate cheesecake with raspberry. Atmosphere was poor simply because it was very quiet as we were there at 5pm.
