   We had the beat experience at Nubè ! The vibes were absolutely amazing, I honestly cannot complain at all, maybe we were having too much of a good time but as far as I remember it wasn’t noisy at all. Great food and wonderful drinks !

   Writing this as I’m currently sitting at my table. As a south Florida local I have to say, this is the worst restaurant/ bar I’ve been to in south Florida. If I could give it 0 stars I would. When we made our reservation days before we went they required a credit card upon booking which is pretty normal for upscale places. Upon arriving to the restaurant we found out they were overbooked and sat us at a communal table that was along the side of the building with 6 other people…. After minutes of sitting down and waiting for a server to come up to us (which took a while) we noticed the people next to us were more than intoxicated. They were screaming, dancing, and jumping around. Now I would except this kind of behavior at a lower class establishment but not at a higher end place. In fact as the night progressed they were dancing, screaming, and jumping behind us and since we were on the side of the building their wasn’t much space for all that A nuisance behavior. There was multiple times they were smoking marijuana in the open and not a single staff member cared. There were multiple times people would come over and take pictures of the skyline because it was a communal area. Now if I didn’t make a reservation that wouldn’t bother me but as I’m sitting their trying to eat my dinner (when it finally did come) I was the backdrop of their pictures because again it was a pretty tight area. The food its self was okay, may have been better if it wasn’t cold. We waited 20 mins AFTER our food was in front of us for silverware so, by the time we got to eat all of our food was cold and not great. The drinks were good on our first round but I couldn’t even drink my second drink because the bartender sucked at making an espresso martinis. The service was extremely slow which I guess I shouldn’t be surprised by. Our server kept apologizing saying they are so busy tonight and overbooked. Which explains a lot because our experience was MISERABLE. We got half way through our mea

   Overall we had a good experience. The food was surprisingly delicious. Drinks were fruity, but they were good. The only con is the table seating. I felt so far away from my partner in the table and chairs we were on and with the music as loud as it was….it was difficult to have a conversation. Overall good, changes tables and chairs.

   Undeniably amazing location with great views. Unfortunately, they did not have enough bar Staff and drinks came out after our food. The drinks and food were excellent. It is loud and crowded as they allow seemingly unlimited numbers of people without reservations to mill around the bar and outdoor area, diminishing the experience for everyone with reservations.

    As you enter the Hilton Hotel there is a Nube Hostess to greet and confirm your reservation. She takes you on their private elevator up to the 26th floor once arrive you are greeted by another hostess and taken to your table, there was a Dj playing inside, music was a comfortable level to talk. The outside was very nicely decorated with tables, couches and a large tabletop fire pit sitting area which was very nice on the night we went since it was on the colder side for Florida standards. The menu consisted of delicious appetizers and the drinks were very well made. Service was excellent they came by at appropriate times and even though there is a 2-hour max sitting time we never felt pressure to order or leave. (we were 4 and the 2 hour was enough time) The view of the ocean and city is amazing we went at sunset and on that night got to see the moon rise. The entire night was wonderful, we will return. My recommendation is to make a reservation as soon as you know when you want to go, Nube is not very big also they have a 15 mint grace period if running late and will cancel your reservation so if you're planning to be there on time consider it late...better to make the reservation considering this and the 2-hour table limit. There is a Dress code which I appreciate, no one under 21 and will only sit when entire party is present.
