   Overall the place looks amazing. The tea sandwiches and sweets were delicious. We waited an hour for our food to arrive. The kids were starving by the time it arrived. I think they need to be more organized as they know exactly how many people are reserved. It just made the experience less special! I do this holiday tea every year with my kids and grandkids and this is far the longest time we have waited.

   For $130 I don’t feel that the high tea experience is where it should be especially in regards to the service and staff. Most of the food bites were great however it took over 40 minutes to get tea to our table, they were late and seating us for our reservation that we were early for, and the server staff could really use a lesson in speaking to customers as well as how to communicate professionally and not in front of customers.

   Nubeluz was excellent. The ambiance, food and service were second to none. A must do in NYC!! Jose Andres does it again!!

   Nubeluz is a beautiful space. The view, the music, the overall ambience is amazing. This was our first time and we did expect more from the service, especially since they do time you at the table. We were a party of 3 so we had 90 mins. We were celebrating 2 birthdays and it was acknowledged at check in, in the lobby but not upstairs at the restaurant. We did not get a happy birthday or any special dessert from the service staff. When we first arrived we had a female who took our food and drink order she came around twice and then we did not see her again. My friend had to raise her had to get the staff’s attention after 20 mins and we were waiting for the rest of our food which was the oysters and the ham. A different waiter came over when she did that he went to check on it and take our second round of drinks. If they are going to hold you to a timeframe staff should be seamless in transition of the shift so that the customer doesn’t feel it. It felt like we were a bother to the staff and hospitality wasn’t there. We would not celebrate a birthday there again or recommend it as a birthday experience, there was nothing making our night special there and we were let down by the service. The food and drinks were good. Our order was wrong in the beginning the server brought out the grilled cheese which we did not order but it was good. The oysters delicious, the presentation of the ham was amazing, the caviar was good and the salmon tar tar was good as well. The drinks were good as well. For the price you’re paying the expectation is that the service would be astonishing as well but they just fell flat in this area.

   The view can’t be beat for a special Afternoon Tea. Food and tea were good. Service was spotty, could have been better.

   Overpriced. Sun in our eyes the entire time. Bad seats. Never even asked if we wanted champagne. Food was very good. The view was beautiful but other than that seating was uncomfortable and the room itself was not that pretty. More like sitting in a bar atmosphere than a fancy tea room.

   I booked for afternoon tea for my friend’s birthday. I noted that my friend was vegetarian at the time of booking and again upon arrival. We waited 40mins for the food to arrive and when it did - it wasn’t the vegetarian option. They took it back and we had to wait 15 minutes longer - so almost an hour before we had any food at all. Instead of bringing tea and milk as we requested, they brought out the tea twice but not the milk at all - we had to ask multiple times. I also noted it was a special occasion (birthday), yet there was no acknowledgment of that. It was a sunny day and one of us was forced to sit with the sun directly glaring into our eyes because they wouldn’t move us or lower the curtains. When I asked the hostess she just shrugged and said everyone has to deal with the sun - other diners were wearing sunglasses. If I’m paying $130 per person for tea, should I have to eat while barely being able to open my eyes? Overall, I expected better service from a place at this caliber. Though the views were nice, I will not return or recommend this - especially not for a special occasion.

   One of the best rooftops at NYC, amazing view, staff is awesome and on top of what you need. I’ve tried different rooftops at NYC, this is the best I’ve found!! Definitely go and try the cocktails

    Locale stupendo, atmosfera bellissima, peccato che nonostante la prenotazione non ci abbiano fatto sedere prima di 40 minuti, dei quali siamo stati in piedi in in angolo, senza essere calcolati se non quando sollecitati dalle nostre domande! La quale risposta era sempre la stessa, tra 5 minuti!
