High quality Italian. Nothing fancy, but excellent preparation and huge portions. Excellent, professional service. Lovely outdoor seating.

Seated us next to the kitchen with a bright hanging table light blinding us. We almost left, but I saw other tables still with no view, but at least not literally dining with the cook staff. I asked if we could move and they did. From there it was great. Knowing the prices of everything around you while staying at the Hilton, it was actually reasonable and extremely good. Did the grilled romaine salad with a pizza. Not the big $78 one, just the 24ish dollar ones and it was plenty for the 2 of us.

Nice restaurant, good food and very nice waiter . Food on the pricey side vs quality. If you are not staying at the Hilton be prepared to get a snooty look from the hostess . But mainly give yourself an additional 30 minutes to make it there since the resort is big and you need to take a train from the main lobby to get to the restaurant or walk for about 30 minutes. It’s a 65 acres resort that I will compare with Disney Land . A lot of cute kids around playing on the lawn. We won’t return because we did not like how difficult was to get there.

The location is superb with a great view of the ocean. Best time is sunset. Ambience in the restaurant is okay as long as you get the right table. We are very much outdoor diners, especially in Hawaii. I felt the prices were excessive for what I would consider a mid range restaurant.

We enjoyed a lovely dinner. Our server Helen was fantastic and provided great feedback on the choices we made. Excellent Mai Tai’s and Tiramisu! Three of us had the catch of the day, two with salads and one had the entree that came with brussel sprouts, bacon and butternut squash puree. All very good. Another had the pasta dish, carbonara, which they enjoyed but nothing special. Overall a nice evening out sitting on the patio with the sun just setting.

Pizza EXCELLENT. This is full of families and little kids, so not the most romantic beachside setting. Very nice waitress. If you aren’t staying at the Hilton, hostess shunts you off to side to wait, even with reservations. A bit weird.

Tasty and nice setting, but extremely overpriced for what it was. Typical resort pricing. Make the effort and go off property.

This is a wonderful Italian restaurant with fabulous food and wine! Their pizza is as good as I have home in New York City.
