   Had reservations but still had to wait. Prices are too high for the quality you get. Its just a pizza shop

   We went on Thanksgiving which set our bar already pretty low. Prices are high which was to be expected at a resort restaurant. Service was attentive. Food overall was pretty bad. My husband ordered the tacchino involtini which was part of the Thanksgiving special. It was dry, the flavor felt off like someone let the sauce cook for longer than it should have and it became slightly bitter. For a $55 special I would expect it to be on point. And $16 for a kids buttered noodles plate feels a bit much. The mushroom and blue cheese pizza felt more like a flatbread, the blue cheese overwhelmed the pizza. Wish the arugula on top had some evoo. Our guest had the diavola pizza which was probably the best dish of the evening. The server removed the tacchino special which was nice however I probably would not return.

   Front desk seemed a bit overwhelmed. Server was nice and food was delivered quickly. We had misto salad which was very good. Iced tea had no flavor. We ordered 2 pizzas. Both were good. 140 total which includes tip. Sunset view was lovely.

   Our drinks, Lava Flow and Pina Colada, were the best we had all week. The Chicken Parmesan meal and the Spaghetti and meatballs were excellent. Service was great also. Highly recommend!

   Waitress was very rushed. We were seated 1st couple of tables at opening, so it was confusing that she was rushing around. Barely giving us time to order drinks before rushing away before we could ask questions or order an appetizer. Same when she came back. She said I want to hurry to get your orders because we have a large party coming in..?? Ok, so the rest of the customers have to suffer. I was looking forward to a relaxing dinner experience. We asked questions about ingredients of the entrees (specifically the béchamel sauce on the pizza) she was yes it’s a white cream sauce, yes very good… rush rush rush) So we were very disappointed when we received basically a very dry crunchy focaccia bread with a ton of arugula on top ( NO Sauce to be seen or tasted), I asked if we could have a side of sauce to spread or dip the dry $40 slab of bread.. and she laughed and said “ there is no sauce!” I said you said it was a “cream sauce” she said no they brush the bread with it” ugh. We also ordered the butternut squash ravioli, it was fair, it was laying in a puddle of olive oil, no sauce.Basically very sub-par disappointing meal and experience. We are here for 5 days. Had made reservations for each night… have cancelled all future. Will go off property for the rest of our stay.

   Nui is the best! Our 2nd time staying at Hilton Waikoloa and had to make sure we stopped by for dinner during our vacation.

   Great service. A bit pricey for what you get but we expected that. Our server was excellent. Very attentive to our needs with great suggestions. And she anticipated our needs. Didn’t catch her name but the only white middle aged woman working there. Look for her for great service.

    The pizza was nothing special. Crust was soggy in the middle and the margarita pizza was just a cheese pizza. The gelato came melted and was not pistachio as stated on the menu. We would have said something but never saw our waitress. All and all it was a very expensive mediocre dinner.
