I have severe stomach issues and specifically requested medium WELL. I was given rare - how can you miss that crucial peice of information. When requested the same they then cooked the three pieces remaining and gave it back like how unprofessional. The money you charge and the location your based at absolutely not get me a brand new order considering I will have to face potential stomach issues I can never eat medium let alone rare. This was not taken seriously and once my husband relayed the same to the useless manager he was almost just fulfilling an obligation by just listening to him and had nothing to say and did nothing about it not even an apology. It’s shocking this is the service we received in Knightsbridge that manager should be fired as he put us off coming back more than the actual food.

The experience was really good. Just one point: meat quantity was under expected for a lunch meal. Okay, I know that's a lunch meal and you must have profit in the meal but... if the meat quantity was doubled, it would be More Than Perfect. Thanks

Not much of a vibe here, very very quiet the restaurant was basically empty. Food was average maybe I am being harsh steak wasn’t the quality I expected. Portions were very small. The dessert Turkish ice cream was inedible it tasted like it had been in the freezer to long. Service was good, but strange they bought my friend t informs instead of a knife and fork and considering the restaurant was empty it took ages to get their attention to get a knife. It was expensive for lunch I am not sure I would go back.

Good food, nice ambiance, superb service plus we greeted by Salt Bae himself and took photos with him. Indeed a memorable experience! Would definitely come back!
