    What a huge disappointment... I enjoyed Nusr-et in New York and decided to visit the main restaurant here in Istanbul Etiler. I don't think all servers are rude, but the person that came to our table was very rude. He walked away when we were still ordering, forgot our menu etc. The nusr-et special was beyond disappointment. Way to greasy and over cooked. Splattered butter and oil all over our pants while serving. At the end, we asked for the bill and he told us to wait since dessert, Baklava, is coming and tea which is on him. Making it sound like it is complimentary. So we waited and then had Baklava served. We receive the bill, and he charged us for the dessert that we never wanted to order in the first place. We just paid for the dessert so we can leave and not cause any issues. In all, we would never visit Nusr-et anymore. Not going to any location. Nusr-et is definitelu over hyped.

    Our first time in this branch. We waited sometime before our table was given although we had a booking . But it was fine and very busy. The food was excellent so was the service. I cant say that the atmosphere was great in the upstairs floor. It felt cold. The heaters were not on. But i would go again because I love the food.

    Great food and great staff, food comes fast as well - just long waiting times even though we had a reservation - advisable to come early

    Siamo stati ieri sera nella serata di San Valentino qui a cena, uno si aspetta caos e disorganizzazione, invece qui era tutto perfetto!!!! I camerieri bravissimi, accoglienti, sorridenti e sopratutto ci hanno fatto sentire al top! Il servizio è molto veloce e il cibo è tutto buono, dalla tartare alla carne persino una semplice insalata!!!! Lo stra consiglio! Il prezzo è stato giusto!

    We ordered a marinated tomahawk they gave us the giant one instead, which is not what we ordered. we ordered 2 steaks a tomahawk and the nusret special, it took almost or more between both !!! And the service wasn’t that much, the waiters were barely replying . Overpriced for what we got, the meat was raw!
