   Amazing!! The best birthday dinner ever. We loved my birthday dinner there so much that my boyfriend wanted his birthday dinner at Oku. They made custom birthday menus and gave us a free drink and rock shrimp appetizer with a cute custom card which was so kind. 12/10 experience! The rock shrimp is amazing also.

   Excellent food and service Great atmosphere. Creative cocktail menu with a great selection of liquors at tte bar. Thus is the best in Nashville

   Everything was delicious. Our server gave us phenomenal recommendations on everything from cocktails to sushi to dessert. Can’t wait to go back. Only downside is that it’s an expensive evening, and the parking lot is like $25 for dinner.

   Everything was amazing. We had the spicy edamame, poke tuna tacos, black magic (amazing), playboy with wagyu (amazing), and spicy tuna roll. The espresso martini was not good but everything else was outstanding!

   I have been to O-Ku many many times and by this point have managed to sample close to the entire menu. It's been a long time favorite. My experience last night at O-Ku was solid as usual...but I fear that the value has decreased over the last couple of years. I think the menu has grown a bit overpriced for what you get in terms of quality and quantity. I've left the last few visits feeling like my bill was $50-75 too high for what I recieved. I'm sure operating costs may have increased so that is likely a contributing factor but I felt this was worth mentioning. After tax and tip our dinner last night was $300+ for 2 people (1 drink each, 1 shared sushi roll, 3 small plates, 1 shared dessert, and 6 pieces of nigiri). Again, the dinner was solid and every tasted great (minus 1 dodgy o-toro nigiri) but just felt its become a bit overpriced compared to other higher end sushi/omakase restaurants I've been to.

    The restaurant and atmosphere is fantastic! Food was great and the cocktails were amazing. Only downside is parking is a bit of a hassle

Parking can get a little crazy with all of the construction going on, but once the buildings are finished it will open up a lot more parking. Van Buren is also a great option for free street parking.
