All four of us had a cocktail (those perfectly clear square ice cubes are awesome!) followed by the Tuscan tasting menu and wine pairing. We had all been to O&R several times before, for both regular dinners and tasting menus. The entire experience has always been exceptional, and last night was no exception. The food, atmosphere, service...everything was terrific. We commented that it is our favorite Detroit restaurant, which is saying something given the revised Detroit dining scene. Simply Wonderful, as usual!!

First time and we well definitely be back. Dessert by Kristen was top notch and service from our server Erin was great!

Such a consistent place to relax and get great food. Cocktails were delicious and the food rarely disappoints.

It’s was such a delightful experience. Every course was so unique, and amazing. The staff was knowledgeable, patient and efficient! Will definitely recommend and return!

My girl and I enjoyed our visit. Our server was excellent. We thought having some live music would have been nice, but overall we had a great experience

Oak and Reel never disappoints. Every single dish we have tried has been outstanding, the service is impeccable, the cocktails are excellent, the ambiance is great. 10/10

Wonderful experience! After a disastrous Valentine’s Day at another restaurant, my fiancée and I needed a make-up date—and Oak & Reel did not disappoint. They exceeded our expectations and made our evening truly special. From the impeccable attention to detail to the punctual kitchen staff and expert service, every aspect of our experience was unforgettable. We will certainly be back!

Our server was just right. We explained the menu, quickly answered our questions about the menu, and made sure we finished on time so we could catch our show.
