   Such a nice evening! Birthday dinner for 7- love that there is a space for larger parities. Waitress very attentive and helpful. Service a little slow but we were celebrating so it was not an issue Food was delicious- every course from apps - lobster bits to dessert. Prime rib night not to be missed. Would not hesitate to go again.

   Absolutely amazing evening. My sister, my mom and I came in during a weekend getaway to Charlotte to escape from home as it was the anniversary of a devastating life changing event in our lives. It wasn’t a happy event so we got out of dodge to try and distract ourselves. The manger, servers, chef and other staff really went above and beyond to help us with this and make our dinner as special as possible. The food was outstanding! It could not have been better! We had oysters Rockefeller, filet mignon with several shared sides. We had champagne, wine and dessert. I had crème brûlée which was some of the best I’ve ever had. The custard had lemon it which was unique to me as I’ve only had vanilla. It was so good. We also had cheesecake which was wonderful as well. Our server, Aaron, was on top of everything. He was cheerful and extremely attentive. It was our first time at the Oak Steakhouse and we absolutely intend to come back to Charlotte to dine here again. If I could give them 12 stars I would! Thank you to everyone at the Oak Steakhouse that helped us navigate this extremely difficult day. I appreciate you and the compassion you showed to us more than you could ever know.

   Loved our server & her team. Lots of attention to detail & many special touches to make a family celebration memorable & enjoyable. The house made s’mores with fire at the table enjoyed with French press coffee was a hit. Fine dining & no rush- allow 2-3 hours for full course experience.

   Addy was amazing! I celebrated my 30th birthday tonight at Oak and Addy made sure there was nothing my party needed. She kept the drinks going and checked in just enough to feel valued and not annoyed. Literally the best service I’ve had in a while. We even asked when she works to ensure we could ask for her the next time we are back. Addy girl you rock! Thank you for making my night amazing.

   I came here for the first time for my wife’s graduation celebration! The drinks were perfect & so was the customer service. However, This was the worst food experience I have ever had in my life. Everything we ordered off of the entree menu was terrible. The crab cake was the ONLY thing we enjoyed. $200 (my waitress definitely deserved her tip) completely gone down the drain. I DO NOT recommend this place for food! My wife & I were extremely dissatisfied.

    Disappointed with the value for the price. Server was on point as well as rest of staff. Food quality good.
