This restaurant is different every visit. Monday night was odd due to the wait staff at bar (where we sat). Older lady too busy being ditzy and flirty to do a decent job and younger girl clearly very new. Food was good- took a bit but good. Service was the issue--

Ocean 302 always pleases. The staff is the friendliest and the service is GREAT! The food and drinks are reasonably priced and the wood fired pizzas the BEST!

Tonight we had an amazing meal at Ocean 302. My mahi fillet was delicious. It was a beautiful thick filet, very fresh, and perfectly cooked. The fragrant basmati rice and mango salsa were wonderful accompaniments. My husband’s French onion soup was the best he’s eaten in a long time. It had a delicious perfectly seasoned broth and melted Gruyère oozing over the top. His chicken sandwich on ciabatta bread was delicious and large enough to be shared. My only criticism: the wine was delicious but was a small pour for the price.

I recently dined at at the restaurant on New Year's Day and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. While I understand that it was a holiday and the staff may have been feeling the pressure, the service was lacking throughout our visit. The waitstaff seemed disengaged and uninterested, which affected the overall atmosphere. As for the food, none of my party enjoyed their meals. The dishes fell flat. It was disappointing, especially given the restaurant's reputation and our past experiences. I hope they can improve their service and food quality in the future.

Food and waitress quite nice. But service was rushed - courses were delivered and put on table before previous ones were even close to being finished. On the other hand, it was New Year’s Eve and possibly they were a bit overbooked. I will return and see what a normal night is like.

Had a reservation for 2 at 7:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve. Arrived at 6:59 p.m. and they directed us to a table where there were 2 people sitting. Turns out the hostess asked if they were had a reservation--the couple nodded---then the hostess asked if they were my party...again the couple nodded. So...long story short, the hostess gave our table that we had reserved a month in advance to someone with no reservation. Ended up eating at the bar. To be fair, the restaurant did give us each a free drink which was nice but not enough to make up for the error.
