   We were very excited to give this restaurant a try as it had been recommended by a friend. When the host met us at the door apologizing for our table we knew we might be in trouble. George seated us at the worst table in the entire place, a six top (we were a party of four) in the direct line of fire of the kitchen, the waitresses and waiters and people walking by to get out of the restaurant and almost on top of the bar. George continuously apologized for where he was seating us but kept saying they had a table for 27 and a table for 12 and he could not do any better. The irony of this is he actually said to us “you should not have booked through OpenTable… You should have booked directly with us and I could have given you a better table“ We sat down and ultimately it was too much for the four of us and they moved us to another table. This table was right on top of the bathroom. The smell was gross. The door to the bathroom was constantly opening and shutting with a line of people waiting where there really was no room to wait. Our view was an entire side of the bar filled with dirty glasses. There was an air conditioning vent in the ceiling above my husband which kept dripping on his head and the table. We reported this to the waiter and he said “I will bring you an umbrella“. At the end of the meal when we mentioned this to the manager he looked at us dead face and said “you should have moved”. Still we persevered… And placed our orders. Some of the food was good but more of the food was not. The tenderloin beef was poor quality and almost raw. The oysters were small and tasteless and at one point I thought I had a bad one. Luckily I am OK today. I will point out that we made this reservation through OpenTable from the states over at least 6 weeks ago. Not sure why we couldn’t have gotten a decent table at that point. Needless to say we will not be back and will certainly not recommend this restaurant to friends.

   The food was delicious. I had to pay more, however, for my dish because they were out of the filet of snapper. But my sea bass was delicious. We also ordered salads but that was totally unnecessary as the escargots appetizer came with a small salad that would have sufficed. This was our second time here and again, delicious. Pricy. Tip is cash only.

   Excellent restaurant! Fish is filleted and expertly deboned table side. Food was outstanding! Amazing view of the sunset. Not a bad table in the house !

   Sat there for two hours and didn’t receive my food. Got yelled at for saying I don’t want my food anymore infront of others. Thankfully everyone around me agreed the food was bland. He wanted to charge me even though I said I don’t want food and never received the food. The manager never came up just a hostile server. Other around me got served the same dish ahead of time even though they ordered 30 minutes after. Let’s just say this place isn’t worth the price. Go to the local spots

   The food was good, the view extraordinary. The staff seemed focused on turning the table as quickly as possible. Not a relaxing environment

   Everything about our meal was incredibly delicious. The view was spectacular! Couldn’t recommend this restaurant high enough.

   We had a very nice dinner overlooking the water. The restaurant felt a bit crowded with a lot of tables very close together and the meal was over $300 with just one glass of wine. Lobster Thermidor at other places on Grand Case were not as costly but did not have the ocean views. One might say it’s worth the extra cost if you prefer an ocean view.

    This was a disappointing visit, mostly due to the service. It took 45 minutes for someone to take a drink order. Meal came another 45 minutes later. My SO had the lobster and it was really good, so that's a plus. I had a ravioli appetizer-it was cold so they took it back. It came back microwaved rather than a new dish. For the price and the type of restaurant, not what I would have expected. Overall, there are so many better restaurants in Grand Case that I would not go back. I will say: beautiful view, so you could go there and have a drink before eating. Recommend going down the road to Le Cottage. After a disappointing meal at Ocean 82 we went back to Le Cottage for a dessert (had been night before-outstanding).
