    Service was excellent, very attentive as always. Food was equally good with a variety of cooking methods. Have been before and will be back again. Even the dog was happy and looked after with a bowl of water.

    For fish- lovers , this restaurant is for them. The staff are extremely kind and welcoming. There are are a range of tables of all sizes. During warm weather , the outside terrace is great for a perfect view of the river. We had a very attentive waiter , and he served us a range of small and large plates. The grilled seabream was perfect : very crispy on the outside and with succulent flesh , also good was the fried haddock. This was our fourth visit and we intend to return to try the prawns.

    Great food but inattentive staff. 5 of us at the table, only 4 sets of cutlery and 4 bread rolls. Had to ask repeatedly for the missing items. Staff were more focused on chatting among themselves than checking in to see if food was ok or if we needed anything else.

    Really disappointing experience for my husband’s birthday celebration. Booked over a month ago, drove an hour from home, to be told our table is not ready. Waited half hour to be seated, half our for drinks, hour for starters and further hour for mains!! Service can only be described as atrocious and food was cold, salty and inedible. We demanded our cake back and left.. embarrassing experience as we’d been sharing with our UK friends how great the brand is and how wonderful our precious meals were. I was really displeased by staff attitude or lack of caring or thought and although they removed service charge and added 10 % discount, this does not excuse this experience and a memory evening ruined. I would not recommend a celebration dinner at this venue, and after this really poor experience.. we won’t be back..

    Excellent service and very friendly staff. We were seated even though we arrived 15 mins earlier. Got combo dishes and they were delicious.
