Great experience as we have always dined in the franchise in SA.However, the welcome at the desk was quite cold.I am used to getting a welcome with a smile and greeting. Not just one where you are asked, have you booked a table with a grim face.

The food was excellent as always. I can truly say better than SA. The service was a little slow in getting drinks and clearing away dirty plates, but overall we loved our time. Thank you, we will be back. Just love the hake.

We didn't have a great Monday evening unfortunately.. we were made to wait around 20mins before someone served us. The food was cold. We were seated next to a service table full of used utensils. Getting the attention of the waitress was a burden, and the manager didn't seem keen to help out either. We're not going back.
