   Ocean Prime has it down to a science from the courteous reception to the immediate attention at the table once seated. The service is without a doubt impeccable. The Branzino was one of the best I have had and the Hamachi Crudo was outstanding. Our server Amanda was brilliant and gracious. Finally the value is what makes this experience even better. As a global seasoned diner the overall experience would have cost twice as much every where else. Keep this concept going bringing the food world to a standstill. Bravo!

   This restaurant is beautiful. The staff was fantastic. From the valet being wonderful and opening my door for me to get out to the hostesses being kind and taking us to our table. Our waitress Maria was incredible and was very knowledgeable about the menu. She was spot on with all of the recommendations she gave us. The food was amazing. I would say this is one of Sarasotas top restaurants and we have been to many here over the past few years. Great experience and we will definitely be coming back.

   Exceptional. Neil was our waiter, and the staff was on it the whole night. The chef is top notch. I’ve been to some of the best—Per Se, Alinea, French Laundry…I immediately sent him an insta friend request. I’m not the type—I’m literally a foodie at heart and when I find a place where I can dip bread into “sauce”…*chef’s kiss* I’m in. Please no one else go there so it doesn’t get packed out and now I can’t get in. Lol

   Good modern restaurant close to downtown Sarasota Nice atmosphere with good service Food is ok but not great as we expected- some food was not perfectly cooked other food was burnt. But the prices are too high for quality of these food Overall is overpriced restaurant with good service

   Great food and atmosphere, the sever we had was super awkward and did not understand fine dining.

   Most of the food was very good and our server (Crysty) and her supporting staff were excellent. The main issue that I had was that the Lobster Linguine for $57 had very little lobster and the little it had was toasted/burned. This was a big disappointment after seeing the picture on the site with a full lobster sliced on top. We ate downstairs and it was very loud - I did not have a problem with it, however, if you are sensitive to noise or do not want to speak very loudly to hear each other (especially if you are in a large booth), you may want to ask if there is a quieter area. I did not have a chance to view upstairs.

   Love the Sarasota location… best ambiance… service and food always excellent…
