Food was very good . I was underwhelmed with staff . No coat check so coats hanging over chairs . Not a good look . Staff looked bored, bartender didn’t know how to make a paper plane ( just google it ) , asked for help with wine and not helpful at all . Came around with complimentary shot ( think it was limoncello) tasted horrible ! Planning to go back in 6 months to see any changes . Cranford needs an upscale restaurant like this one hopefully it’ll sort itself out .

Everything looked great drinks good but the food was very over cooked and no seasoing to the steaks

First visit. Great food, loved the sides and topping offerings for steaks. Service friendly and prompt. Relaxing sophisticated room. Will be back!

Tremendous experience from the moment we walked into the front door (where they called me by name when our party entered) till we left after 2+ hours of fun, great food and good conversation with our own company and the great people at neighboring tables. Food was phenomenal. Oysters were plump and well presented, shrimp scamp app was very good, too. I had the 16 oz Prime Ribeye, medium rare, perfectly cooked - full of flavor and well-seasoned. Other dishes we had were the wonderful short rib and stuffed flounder. Tremendously accommodating staff and we never once felt being pushed along through the meal. It was definitely one of the best overall restaurant experiences i have ever had.

Great dinner from start to finish! Loved the pretty decor and the restaurant was busy on a Saturday night giving great vibe. The food was excellent, especially for our area which is lacking great restaurants in my opinion. Will definitely be back

Great experience at Ocean Prime. Food was solid, drinks were delicious (particular about wine & enjoyed our bottle). We had the oysters, octopus, tuna app (I didn’t try that), Tomahawk steak special, cowboy steak, salmon, creamed spinach, & lava cake. It was so nice not having to travel for a decent steakhouse. Definitely will be back.
