   It was an extremely bad and awful. They never even acknowledged that it was a birthday reservation. I don’t mind waiting for the food and drinks I understand that sometimes the volume comes with the experience. What is unacceptable is the lack of knowledge when it comes to customer service skills and take care the clients. I’m talking about the human interaction not the business.

   Nice Ambiance and cool vibe but food was just mediocre. Beet salad was lacking flavor. Filet was well cooked but sides were bland. Desserts were also just ok.

   Disappointing. We went for dinner and most of the menu was not available. They had sold out from the night before and never replenished. We waited a long time for service and food took forever to arrive. The server was very nice but overall not a great experience. There was no effort to compensate or make us feel valued as customers. Sometimes small gestures go a long way.

   An awful experience on all fronts. They were out of half the menu. The service was awful, and the food was even worse.

   Best lunch I’ve literally ever had in miami. Jane the hostess seated us as quickly as she could despite quite a wait and did so with the warmest smile. William the manager was so lovely and highly attentive making sure we were taken care of. And of course, the cake goes to Alberto who is really one of the most special people I have ever met. A warm charisma unlike any other! I will never forget his vibrant spirit that made what would have been just a typical weekend lunch into a core memory with my family forever. It really was a special day, the food was great the weather cooperated, the view captivating, but the staff was what really made it exceptional.

   This restaurant is a disaster. Even the managers were bickering with each other. The staff was unorganized and kept bringing over the wrong food to our table multiple times. When our food was finally delivered after a lengthy wait it was wrong. I had made a reservation to sit outside but when I arrived they said it would be 45 minutes. We sat inside and it was like we were forgotten about. The food was dry and had no flavor. Do not waste your time and money. Plenty of other restaurants have a view and good food, service.

   Amazing experience. Great food with a walkway right to the beach. Lovely ambiance. Was definitely a romantic night.

   The manager was a great guy. The server was nice as well. The ambience is great, but the food was all cold. The fish was super fishy, the burger had no flavor and the steak was tough. Just not a good dining experience.
