Oceans, a locally and globally inspired seafood restaurant, was founded by Vancouver’s award-winning Toptable Group with the philosophy of creating a timeless and approachable dining experience. Executive Chef Andy Kitko sets the vision for the menu inspired by the Pacific, Atlantic, and Mediterranean shores that will feature the freshest catches available all accented by seasonal ingredients.

    I arrived early and waited at the bar. The bartender was on her game. We ate spicy tuna roll and tuna tartar. Everything was great. Then we got seated and that's when things went down hill. We went with the tasting menu and the waitress was the worst. And with the tasting menu she didn't know it had a option for wine pairing. She said let me see because the sommelier is not here.(the wine is literally on the tasting menu) after a few She came back and said "the wines a go!"ummm ok. Then we are supposed to pick a fish we would like to eat. She comes back and ordered our fish for us because they don't have any fish left. I was upset. She couldn't tell us that before we went with the tasting menu. We spoke with a manager and she was really nice and apologized but we just wanted to leave and didn't want to have the same waitress.

    Brian was our server and he was phenomenal from start to finish. Not only Brian, the entire staff went above and beyond. Food was incredible!

    Second time visiting. This time they were veryyy busy! But even with our last minute reservation. We were quickly seated once again! Fortunate to have our same waiter from before who welcomed us back! As well as the wine enthusiast. Who also remembered us. We admitted we had reservations with another couple at 10 & they serviced us quickly while still maintaining their impeccable service! I dropped a plate, OPA! Which is always loudly embarrassing! They didn’t hesitate to quickly clean it up and replace it. Our dinner was amazing again. Oceans has easily become one our most favorite restaurants.

    We recently celebrated our anniversary at Oceans Restaurant, and they truly made the evening unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, everything was on point, the ambiance, the service, and the food were all top-tier. What really stood out was how special they made our night feel. The staff went above and beyond to add thoughtful touches throughout the dinner, and it didn’t go unnoticed. A huge shoutout to our waiter, Cesar, who was absolutely excellent. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure every detail was taken care of. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend for any special occasion, or just a night of great food and amazing service
