   One of the most wonderful dinners we have ever had out in Saskatoon. Food was outstanding. Service was perfect. Atmosphere was calm with great music and all around amazing vibe. Can’t recommend strongly enough! A Saskatoon gem

   Went to celebrate my birthday and the food was amazing as always! My family loved it, the drinks were great and our server was so helpful and patient since it took us a while to decide on the food bc it all looked so good!

   We had heard lots of good things about this restaurant but we were disappointed. The food selection was poor and small to say the least. Rather than ordering a full meal per person you order different dishes to make up a meal. The names of the meals are confusing so it’s hard to know what you are getting without pictures which aren’t provided. Overall the food was ok. Nothing spectacular. The potatoes were less than desired. Too tangy for my tastes. I did finish everything and was filled but nothing left me wanting more. When I’m paying around $40 per person I would expect dramatic explosions of wonderfulness happening inside my mouth but the only thing that surprised me was that despite looking like something I wouldn’t eat it was actually good enough to eat. The service was average. Friendly but again nothing to write home about. It was quite busy so the noise level was moderate, but we could easily carry on a conversation. Overall our expectations weren’t met and we wouldn’t recommend or revisit this venue again.

   Enjoyed the tasting menu and wine paring experience on Valentine’s Day. Our server was very good but perhaps a little over the top with the extended description of each course. Some people probably love that kind of thing. The tasting menu ‘for two’ was excellent though at the end it was baffling that they only brought us a single serving of dessert. None of my observations should detract from the fact that this is really an excellent restaurant and one I will gladly revisit.

   This was my second time eating at Odla. I took my girlfriend for an early Valentine's Day supper. We enjoyed the multi-course sampler and every perfectly crafted item. Each dish perfectly balanced texture, sweetness, saltiness, acid, and umami; every dish perfectly hits each tastebud. Our server was outstanding. He was very personable, and attentive, and took the time to explain how each dish was prepared and why it was prepared the way it was. He really set a high standard for professional serving. The overall dining experience was perfect. I will be back often to enjoy the changing menu that uses local, and in-season ingredients.

    Their handling of my food allergy (gluten) was outstanding. We were there with friends and ordered the chefs choice family style dinner. Not only was each course gluten free and absolutely delicious, I got bread to start AND a dessert!! Five stars. We will be back.
