The Lounge is open from Tuesday through Saturday

Please note that reservations at the lounge do not offer our Kaiseki Tasting Experience.

odo offers a 20 minute grace period. Please contact us via email if you are running late.

For the consideration of our other guests, children younger than 10 are not allowed at the Chef's Counter. Please note that all guests seated at the Chef's Counter must partake in the tasting course.

While we do our best to accommodate most allergies and dietary restrictions, we cannot accommodate vegan, vegetarian, wheat and gluten-free guests. We are also unable to accommodate guests who cannot consume seafood or seaweed.

Cancellations can be refunded up to 48 hours from the reservation. Any cancellations made within 48 hours, as well as no shows will not be refunded.

De la part des éditeur·rice·s d'OpenTable: Avec deux étoiles MICHELIN et une critique de trois étoiles du New York Times, peu de repas kaiseki rivalisent avec ceux que vous trouverez dans ce charmant restaurant caché dans le Flatiron District. Le célèbre chef Hiroki Odo, de Kajitsu, propose une cuisine japonaise saisonnière.     Please note that our Kaiseki experience is not available at odo Lounge. Please look for an available seating time at 6:00pm or 8:30pm for our Kaiseki course at the Chef's Counter. Experience Chef Odo’s hidden lounge, focusing on Japanese whisky, spirits, and elevated bar fare. Please note that all odo Lounge reservations through OpenTable required a $50 pre-paid deposit. No- shows, reduction of party size, and cancellations made within 24 hours will not be refunded. Reservations can be transferred. Kindly note that all reservations at odo lounge are allotted a duration of two hours. Please be advised that odo lounge is exclusively accessible to patrons aged 18 and above.

Kaiseki Ryori is a traditional multi-course Japanese dining experience with each course defined by a particular cooking method, using seasonal ingredients to create delicate balance of texture, taste, and visuals.

    An appetizer that sets the tone for the meal, featuring seasonal ingredients

    • Otsukuri (お造り)

      Assorted sashimi dish

      • Owan (お椀)

        A warm soup dish

        • Aemono (和え物)

          A mixed dish, typically with seasonal vegetables

          • Yakimono (焼き物)

            A grilled dish, often featuring fish or meat

            • Takiawase (炊き合わせ)

              A course with separately simmered vegetables served alongside other ingredients

              • Oshokuji (お食事)

                A rice course, typically accompanied by miso soup and a selection of side dishes

                    Dinner at Odo exceeded every expectation of our night out. Food was amazing and the service was excellent. Overall an incredible dining experience.

                    Just had a wonderful birthday lunch with my wife - it was amazing -even better than a 2 Michelin star rated Kaiseki dinner that we recently enjoyed in Kyoto.

                    Absolutely outstanding! Loved every bite and minute. Extremely nice staff and chefs. Beautiful atmosphere and dishes. Carefully crafted and took us back to Japan. They also acknowledged her birthday and were very generous. Would recommend 10/10.

                    It was a great gastronomical experience in every aspect. The meal was well thought out and carefully prepared to appeal visually. The different items were combined together in a harmoniously way and balanced. The service was impeccable. I was impressed by the waitstaff to keep warming up my sake for me. The ambiance is zenlike. It is the quietness restaurant I ever experienced in New York! Yes, it is pricey, but well worth it.

                    The kaiseki seasonal tasting I had was a wonderful evening, and every dish of the tasting was a joy to eat. Service was flawless, and I would readily come back for another time.
