   Always our go-to for great sushi. We tried the Mustang roll for the first time tonight, that’s one of our favorites now. Also loved the Royce & Salmon Belly. Everything was A+.

   As always, we had an amazing time! the Poke roll was not as good as it normally is. The tuna around Poke roll did not seem super fresh and the portion was a bit smaller than normal. We did try the Pho and it was amazing! Cassie is always exceptional with her service to us and always remembers our favorite beverages and menu selections.

   This is hands-down, my favorite restaurant in DFW. We’ve been going to the original off of Wycliff since 2008. Thanh and his crew/family has always made us feel like their family as well!!

   The best sushi I’ve ever had! So many delicious choices on variety of foods. We ordered 4 rolls and each one was so fresh and tasty. Each roll was perfectly balanced in taste. My favorite roll was “riceless”Flower roll plate was decorated so creative! I ordered two of them and they simply melt in your mouth. We also ordered the salmon Belly over rice hand rolls. So buttery and rich! The wonton soups also delicious. The waitress Hena was so attentive and knowledgeable about the menu items and specials on the board. The General manager Audi, spoke to us at the end of the meal to see how everything went. He’s also very attentive and very customer service oriented. There were many sushi chefs there working, food was served quickly even though busy. We truly loved the food and experience!

   This was our worst visit ever to Oishii. The drinks took a long time and the waitress messed them up. The hot food came about 25 minutes before the sushi so me and my husband were finished before the rest of our party even received their food! They are severely understaffed and unprepared. The restaurant was not even full! At the end, the waitress took out credit cards and ran them through, and brought the credit cards without receipts. Needless to say it may be awhile before we go there again.

   We have been here multiple times. Our experiences have been inconsistent. Food has been great every time. The wait staff has generally been very good as well. The issue is typically with the execution in the kitchen. I am not sure if it is staffing or order management. We ordered appetizers separately from our sushi based on past experiences. This time we got all of our sushi before our appetizer arrived. It was 50 minutes or so from the time we ordered before our appetizer arrived at the table. Managers were very apologetic, but we would like to see them get it right in the back of house. Please! We like this restaurant!

    Oishii serves unique and delightful dishes. The 45 and the Mustang are delicious selections. Our server, Cassy, is very kind and helpful in providing options on their latest creations not on their menu. Overall, the staff is warm and welcoming. We recommend Oishii very highly!
