   5:30pm reservation on a Monday. The valet staff are exceptional. I was not charged for parking since I was visiting Okto. The restaurant is as advertised. Very clean place and everything tasted fantastic. I chose the very refreshing Okto G&T to drink, Frena to start, and Denver Cut as the main. Muah. The service was not flawless, but the meal made up for it!

   My friend and I share the same birthday and chose to spend it at this restaurant. She had been there many times and was enthusiastic, so I was excited to try it. Our craft cocktails were tasty and Ana, our mixologist/server did a great job with recommendations, knowledge, communication, and service. I highly recommend the octopus romesco dish! It was flavorful, tender, and beautifully presented. The chablis wine Ana had suggested went perfectly with this dish, as well as with the mushroom risotto. We indulged in the chocolate dessert, and it was fantastic (especially with the lemon sorbet served to us for our birthdays). The ambience is lovely with good music and great lighting. The entire staff with whom we interacted was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, appropriately attentive, and cared about our satisfaction. I was very happy with every aspect of our experience.

   We had great service all night, the waiter patiently answered all our questions about the dishes. Food was amazing, the hamachi crudo and hamachi risotto are delicious.

    We enjoyed the food and wine at Okto so much. We had a bread dish with olives, pastachio butter, and red peppers to start with. Then we had a Greek salad, then grilled octopus, then lamb chops, and a wonderful cheesecake for dessert. All of the food was delicious, and the waitstaff were all very knowledgable, and very helpful in helping us pick which didhes to order. The restaurant is also beautiful inside.
