Old Street is a modern neighbourhood restaurant situated in the heart of historic Malahide, County Dublin. Local couple Mark and Adriana Fitzpatrick have lovingly restored two of the oldest buildings in the village to offer a comfortable and casual dining experience, along with a contemporary cocktail bar and award-winning wine list. Old Street's Head Chef, Mario Simic, creates dishes of contemporary Irish food that combine robust flavours, modern techniques, and the warmth and generosity of traditional comfort food. The menus are designed to showcase the best of the season from Irish farmers, fishermen, and producers. Old Street is dedicated to providing guests of all ages with a memorable dining experience, featuring house-made charcuterie and Higgins Master Butchers' beef.

    We had the most relaxing Sunday lunch today with grandparents and our toddler. Such a beautiful place with such beautiful staff 🩷 Thank you all so much, what you’re doing here has become so rare today! Hospitality is a tough business - a labor of love - you can definitely feel the love here. So important to support great local businesses like this 🩷🫶🏻

    The experience was excellent. The staff went out of their way to look after us from start until finish. Food was amazing. We weren’t rushed and were made to feel like we were the only ones in the venue. We ordered the Chablis and their knowledge on wine was fantastic! My only regret is I didn’t secure a return over the Christmas period!

    The food is excellent and the staff are so customer friendly without being intrusive it is an absolute joy to eat here. It is an experience but one well worth it.

    As always a top class night had by our directors and visiting guests. Food was excellent and a great evening had after a long day of meetings in the office. Staff are always accommodating and there was no quibble with the numbers changing up and down over the previous days due to some travel plans being amended. Highly recommend.

    Fabulous atmosphere, service and food. Server and host very friendly and knowledgeable. Tomahawk steak is on another level. Even the cauliflower would blow your mind. Fantastic meal and evening. Highly recommend.
