Welcome to Olea, Cellar. Craft. Cook located in Newport Beach. OLEA, named for a genus of trees that flourish in warm and tropical regions throughout the Mediterranean region.
Our menu features seasonal ingredients of the highest quality that are prepared daily from scratch. Menu selections include exceptional meats, flavorful seafood, handpicked produce from our garden, and diverse beverage selections. We have over 25 wines by the glass, 10 craft beers, and a full bar featuring a wide variety of craft cocktails. We use the best possible ingredients and techniques to ensure that every drink served is an experience. Only fresh fruit and hand-squeezed citrus juices are used every day. We use premium spirits and pour all of our sodas and mixers from bottles. At Olea we take great pride in the Art of the Cocktail. Cheers!

My wife and I had the branzino, sea bass and Mac and cheese. Everything was 10/10. Service was amazing and the food was delicious. The Mac and cheese was baked to perfection with the best broiled crust. If I lived close I’d be back often!

Another fabulous evening at Olea. My husband decided they make best Negroni in town - great trout dip and I am loving their Chicken Schnitzel served over an excellent vegetable combination. Service was outstanding as usual!

I was so excited to revisit Olea. It had been a few months because I was sick during the holidays, but let me tell you: fabulous greeting by everyone in the staff, including Manager, Stan, who I love, new menu with a few items. My favorite bartenderess was present and as always I met the most fabulous people to dine with at the bar! I’m going to include the pictures I took of my meal and libation and I highly recommend this restaurant. It is definitely my top five.

Olea is a true gem! Their food is delicious, but their service is what truly shines. They went above and beyond for my mother’s birthday, providing a quiet area as requested. Enjoyed our anniversary dinner here! The dishes we ordered (sugar pumpkin agnolotti, Caesar, giant meatball and schnitzel) really hit the mark and the staff went out of their way to make us feel special on our special night. Highly recommend!
