Disappointing! had a 5:30 reservation on a friday...walked in just for someone to tell us that the kitchen is closed. Disappointing!!!

We were the only people in the entire restaurant on a Saturday night. Even though I went in a few days prior to our reservation and discussed the table we wanted, they managed to give us something else, even though there were no other people in the entire restaurant! Food was, at best, OK...very marginal. Not something I would have left the house for. They had no printed dessert menu...it had to be read to us from a device. Since the place was empty, I wanted to tip on the high side, so the server can make a little more, but when our tab for a group of 4 was presented, we were told there was an 18% gratuity added. Maybe someday they'll get there, but not anytime soon.

Didn’t know what to expect, but I met a couple friends after work and we shared a pizza and some appetizers. The service was fabulous. Elvira was lovely and attentive. The pour of wine by the glass was generous and the noise level was quiet enough for us to have a lovely conversation between friends - we will definitely come back!! The pizza and brussels sprouts were fabulous!

I took my mother for Mother’s Day and I enjoyed the free champagne. The only bad thing is our server was sort of rude/short with us and my mom had to send back her drink and get a new one.

Overall was not very satisfied with the experience. Food was sub-par and nothing to be excited about. The picture of the place and the food really makes you want to be there and experience. That is why I booked it for me and the wife the next day. Unfortunately I as well as my wife was very disappointed. Food was not good and service was a bit lacking. I honestly felt after that we should have ventured out and found somewhere else to have a brunch. Good location and has some nice qualities just the food was not on part with expectation.

Will definitely be going back again, food was great, cocktails were amazing, service was so friendly! The restaurant is also beautiful!

I was looking forward to a wonderful dinner with my daughter for my birthday . I made a dinner reservation. But from the get go I sensed this evening will not end well. Upon our arrival, no one was there to meet and to sit us. That being said, we expected our food will take a while to be served. With just one waiter struggling to keep up with the demand the service was lacking. We ordered calamari as appetizer. It was overcooked and rubbery. Cocktails were a disappointment and subpar too. Overall, this establishment is a total let-down. It failed to deliiver in customer service, cocktails and food. A total let-down and a waste of time & money which could have been spent in a better dining place.

To start, the staff were great and very kind however this review will be based on overall experience. I waited to order for about 25 min before I asked to be helped. The experience was definitely not worth what I paid. For a full course meal , I expected the food (steak was dry, ravioli was missing some flavor) to be at least fairly good compared to what I paid for. Lastly, I received all my drinks during my last course and had to ask twice for water during my wait. Overall I could tell everyone around me were having the same experience and someone even asked to speak to management.

Yesterday I went to a Valentine's dinner with my partner and I didn't have a good time, the food took a long time and I didn't like it at all, the food had no flavor and they don't know how to cook, and the place was not the same as in the photos, they said that There would be live music and there was no music, and they charged us $70 more without understanding why? I certainly wouldn't recommend it😢

We waited over 40minutes after being seated to have someone come over. After noticing the waiter approach other tables and not our table we decided to leave.
