I wish the lunch specials were available, because it was a holiday there were no lunch specials

Made 7:15 pm reservation through OpenTable. Asked for INDOOR seating but was seated outside. Was very windy and cold outdoors. Breadsticks took a very long time to arrive as well

We were very happy that Olive Garden was open on Christmas Day. Thank you to all of the employees that had to work on Christmas.

Our family had an excellent experience on our Christmas Eve dinner. We were so happy with the service and the food! We were so happy to give Olive Garden a second chance (first time was at a different location). This Kapolei location was an excellent experience, August, Chance and Anthony was extraordinary and made our dinner experience that much better! A very very Good time our Ohana is very very satisfied we will be back! Mahalo to the crew that helped us!!! Happy new year!!!!!

I made reservations for my family of five, kids all teenagers on the patio. They sat us on the patio in the corner which was fine but then preceded to sit any family with children at the immediate tables surrounding us while the rest of the patio was wide open. So now my family of teenagers is surrounded by toddlers and babies. I initially thought it was a wait staff issue but there was three different servers working the patio, they just decided to put anyone with kids huddled in the corner. We were the first of the three families huddled together to arrive and got our drinks, breadsticks, salad, and entrees last. I ordered my typical glass and half of wine when I dine at Olive Garden but this time my wine didn’t come with the wine “flute” which contains the extra half glass. I merely just asked the waitress if it was missing or maybe she didn’t know I ordered the 1/2 glass and she claimed she already added it to the wine glass so no need for the flute. Not a big deal just accustomed to the flute and I was just verifying my order. She then proceeded to bring a new glass and flute to prove to me that she did the proper pour of wine and didn’t need the flute. Seriously it wasn’t that big of a deal but she felt the need to validate she gave me the right pour and didn’t need the flute. Pretty much made a scene in our huddled corner because I politely asked if I received a glass and half. Was pretty ridiculous. Won’t eat at this location again and not sure why they felt the need to sit my family all huddled in the corner of the patio when it was wide open.

Awesome food! Very impressive that table was waiting for us and we did not have to waste any additional time!

The food was good, in huge portions, and I had to take half home. The server was inattentive.
