Opening December 10th, 2023! Chef Erik De Marchi is excited to bring his cuisine from Emilia-Romagna to Irvine with Oliver's Trattoria. Featuring homemade pasta and pizza and a full bar.     We had a really nice experience over the weekend. We had a party of 3 for brunch on a Sunday. Our server was attentive and helped pace our meals. In a big fan of the Laguna location and happy they’re a little closer to home in Irvine now.

    The food was good- my brother got the halibut and it was hard when he cut into it like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while.

    Beautiful bar and dining areas. Food was very good but the service! I want to take him home. One of the best that I have experienced. Attentive but not on top of you. Kind. Knowledgeable and his Tuscany accent! Outstanding. Yes. Will return.

    It was a BUSY Saturday night (7:30pm reservation). We arrived 10 minutes early and were seated right on time. The restaurant was crowded and the noise level was a bit on the loud side. The waiter was busy but greeted us promptly and took our drink order. He received help from multiple people bringing water and bread while we waited to order. The olive spread that came with the bread was very good. The menu was well conceived with a good variety of choices. I had that night’s special of veal ravioli that was excellent. Overall it was a good experience and we we will be coming back

    The seating is really poor. There’s 4-5 booths that are nice, the rest feel like a loud cafeteria. Food was so-so…
