   We had a great experience tonight at Oliviana‘s because the customer service was top notch. I ordered an item that was well prepared  but I only ate a small amount because it just wasn’t quite what I wanted tonight. Even though it was no fault of the restaurant, our server and the manager went above and beyond to offer me another option and reduce the cost of my mail because I ate very little of the item. I assured them that it was no fault of theirs, but I was so impressed that they took the time to notice and went out of their way to make sure that I was a happy customer. You don’t see this kind of customer service often anymore.

   I will definitely go back. The food was amazing and fairly priced. They even had Blanton’s which topped the cake

   I celebrated my 50th bday here with three out of town guests. When I made the reservation I said it was for a birthday and when we showed up there was a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and all the menus said "Happy Birthday" on them! How awesome! My friends were blown away by the southern hospitality. This place has always been a date night staple for my husband and I but now I think its easily the best restaurant in the AUG! Thanks guys for a great evening.

   I gave my son and his girlfriend a gift certificate which they used the Sunday after Valentines. He could not say enough good things - really enjoyed the meal and the ambiance.
