Olivine is Grand Wailea's oceanfront culinary destination where the natural bounty of Maui is perfectly paired with the art of coastal Italian cuisine. Named for the green mineral that produces the gemstone known as the “Hawaiian diamond,” Olivine’s rustic open-air interior incorporates the striking hues of this mineral, inviting diners to gather both day and night in an al fresco setting framed by large open windows with sweeping sky, pool, and ocean views.

Excellent food… They tend to bring food out fast so order slowly in my opinion…. Everything we had was great .

The waiter was excellent and prioritized the kids meals for us as we were jet legged! He also went out of his way to label all of our left overs!

Beautiful hotel and location. Chicken Picata was good but not great. Overall worth the visit for sure.

Quite underwhelming. Our server was pleasant and friendly but we waited 15 mins to be seated despite having a booking, the hostess was quite dismissive, the food was fine but not worth the price tag in our opinion. Wouldn’t go back and think there are plenty of other options that are better for the money.

I bought one of the best dinners we’ve had since we’ve been here. The food was absolutely amazing. the pizza was fantastic. Also things to try… The meatballs and the pork chop!

The pasta dishes were not very good and cooked incorrectly. They were also so large that we should have been warned that they were shareable size. Pasta is very easy to do well. I hate to say it but your chef should do an internship with a top pasta chef. I really wanted this meal to be good. We’ve been coming to the Grand Wailea for 25 years and have been hoping for improved meals. A pasta dish is always better when you serve a small amount- having your guests list for more.

All five of our meals were outstanding. Had a great server, just might have been a little short staffed
