Located on the corner of Chapel St and Toorak Rd in South Yarra, Omnia blends the energy of a European Bistro with Australia’s best produce, bringing fine-dining craftsmanship to culinary classics in the heart of South Yarra.

Truly amazing experience, the details in flavour & presentation are on point. Table side steak tartare & probably one on the best ducks dishes a must try. Well worth it.

Always wonderful. Wait and wine staff extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations of what to choose, personalised to the individual. Professional and attentive without being overbearing or seeming to to be “going through the motions”. You would be hard pressed to find a better duck parfait anywhere and the trout caviars and potato rosti are always a hit when we dine with friends/family. If there are only two of you, then sitting up at the chef’s bar is always very special as you watch the chefs go about their business in one of the quietest, organised kitchens imaginable. Definitely a South Yarra highlight!

I went to Omnia with some friends to have dinner there and was just amazing! The food is lovely and fresh. They use quality meat who make the steak tartare and steak frite really nice. I would recommend the duck and cheesecake for dessert who were really tasty ! More than everything the staff was really friendly above all the manager Sara make you feel home. Really nice food and experience I will surely come back soon !

1 of my favourite restaurant at South Yarra, beautiful setup, excellent service. Most importantly, they serve the best roasted duck in town, a must try dish

Came here for an afternoon lunch to celebrate my husband’s birthday and we were absolutely delighted by the service, location, restaurant ambience and of course, the food. We chose the 3 course meal and were very well looked after. The service was friendly, professional but allowed us our privacy. Food arrived promptly, was presented beautifully. The food was cooked perfectly and tasted really good. I had a happy explosion of delicate flavours and textures, we commented at how each dish had a unique flavour that was familiar but presented in a modern and refreshing way. As a non-alcoholic drinker, I loved the non alchol offerings on the drinks menu as well and enjoyed a few glasses over our meal, it was a true highlight to be able to enjoy a lovely drink presented with a fancy flourish to match my husband’s cocktails. Overall I can’t fault our experience, it was a quiet weekday for lunch, with an handful of tables with patrons and the atmosphere was relaxed. We throughly enjoyed celebrating there. They included a little candle on the dessert to mark the occasion as well. Thank you and we will return soon for another delicious meal.

Our favourite restaurant in Melbourne, the food is always perfect, the cocktails and wines are too notch and and the staff are incredibly attentive, we always receive standout service here, highly recommend
