We are a team of young and inspired professionals taking down the walls between kitchen and guests and taking you on a culinary adventure. Immerse yourself in a progressive tasting menu focusing on the simple, yet luxurious, ingredients around the world with deep inspiration from Japanese cuisine.

We challenge the seasons, navigate beyond the limits of time and break with tradition— getting playful with process and tricky with techniques at the intersection of place and possibility.

At Ômo we offer a unique and exclusive experience to only 16 guest at a time. The journey starts in the living room with a welcome drink and snacks, then you are transported into the main counter overlooking the kitchen where you will enjoy all the savory bites in an interactive environment. At the end, you will transition to the pastry parlor to continue your experience with sweet bites and after dinner drinks.

In doing so we are now offering three different menus with three different price points in which you can further elect for enhancements to truly create a dining experience that is right for you and your guests. My dining experience at Ômo by Jônt was absolutely amazing. I can’t describe how good the food was. My partner attended the Culinary Institute of America and is not new to fine dining she rates the food and experience 9.5/10, I rate it a 10/10. My experience was “The Excursion” and my partner had the “The Journey”. At the end of each dining experience we were full and satisfied, we ate about half of our desserts and took the rest home. I would definitely return, the food was to die for and the service was also amazing the staff were knowledgeable and there are plenty of small details that were appreciated. Ambiance was amazing too. Tl;dr : Food was amazing everything from the snacks , to the wagyu, foie gras, to the kakigori dessert. Service was amazing, I would return and I highly recommend the place. Price: it is pricey, total bill with an added cocktail was about $550 but it is well worth the price. Time: Our reservation was at 8:30pm we left at 11:45pm.

What a elevated dining experience! We enjoyed the concept of different rooms for different courses. The small bites and tastes throughout the experience but we all left feeling very full even packaging leftover desserts. Dining was a fun and interesting evening. They had a unique take on Fall comfort foods and bright citrus to recognize our citrus state. The menu included beef, pork, and seafood. The staff is attentive without an ounce of pretension. Their attention to food was amazing but their attention to the guests was outstanding.

Amazing experience between the food and servers we couldn't have asked for anything better. We opted for the melon add-on it was life changing. It was difficult to determine our favorite aspect but the desserts do not disappoint. One minor complaint was that the music was a tad loud it was hard to hear the food descriptions at times. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

Let me start by noting that the staff is amazing, professional, helpful, friendly and they move like a well oiled machine. The experience starting with champagne at the bar area and the small bites with multiple layers of flavor and texture prepare the pallet and your head for an adventure. Moving into the kitchen/main dining area you feel you’re a participant as each chef and each of the wait staff explains the course as they’re presented. We opted for the wine pairing which worked perfectly as each dish was paired with a wine that compliments and enhances the dish. You finish in the dessert alcove and it didn’t disappoint a beautiful vino santo wine pairing. It was my wife’s birthday and the little surprises and acknowledgment by the staff made it an a truly amazing evening. I not going to talk about the dishwasher than to say prepare yourself for a taste and texture adventure.
