READ CAREFULLY AS WE ARE A NEW CONCEPT: One by Spork is a new, seasonally driven chef’s tasting menu experience. We embrace unity through our shared "house" philosophy, where our team works together to deliver an unforgettable dining adventure. Immerse yourself in a multi-course journey with expertly curated liquid pairings. Upon arrival, our team will assist in selecting the perfect pairing for you.
Dinner begins promptly at 6 PM; doors open at 5:45 PM. Reservations required. $275 per person, excluding tax and gratuity (pairing included).
Due to extensive use of allium, nightshades, and butter, we cannot accommodate these allergies, nor can we accommodate vegetarians, vegans, or gluten-free diets at this time. All allergies must be noted 7 days in advance to allow proper preparation.

BEST DINNER EVER!!! It truly was an amazing experience with wonderful food and great staff. Everything was so carefully crafted and went perfectly together. You can tell the chefs take great pride in what they do. I’ll be thinking about this meal until the next time we go back!

Expensive but you get what you pay for: 8 course chef tasting with cocktail or mock-tail pairings. Local ingredients, science, friendly people, delicious food. Loved Spork, this is better. 10/10

We had a great time at the updated Spork concept. I thought the food was wonderful and the drinks that accompanied it were perfect. My only small tweak would be to compress the service to 2.5 hours. While worth it we were pushing nearly four hours by the end. We will definitely be back

This is a chef tasting menu.
So, there are 7 tasting courses, which are not changeable.
I loved the complexity of each dish and top notch execution by the chef and the assisting staff.

Our dinner experience at One was amazing. Each course was delicious and expertly prepared and explained by outstanding chefs. We would highly recommend One by Spork if you are looking for a special culinary experience!

While Spork on Penn Ave has been a favorite for many years, our latest meal was simply amazing! The new chef’s tasting menu, One at Spork, involves a carefully orchestrated progression of 16 dishes (multiple appetizer bites, entrées and desserts) paired with 10 alcoholic or nonalcoholic drinks crafted to reflect flavors in each dish. It was truly hard to pick favorites, as each dish was delicious. Even the sparkling water was exceptional. But we found ourselves talking about the smoked bass truffle tartellete, a hand-torched miso glazed halibut and deconstructed hoppin john ravioli paired with a unique butternut squash, miso maple and apple beverage, the dish of fondant potato and chicharrones with NY sours topped with a red wine meringue and granita, and the maple-Amazake ice cream with bourbon black apple butter. The Nebbiola wine and tomato sauces served with the elk pasta basket were so good, we were glad we had this amazing bread and koji butter to clean our plates. The best part was the chance to learn about the creative process for each dish and to meet and talk to the people involved in making and serving this fantastic tasting menu.

Amazing experience! So much fun! Each dish was explained & drinks were incredible! The staff was so pleasant & kind. Really unique fun atmosphere! 10/10 recommendations for a unique spot!
