   The food is simply outstanding—refined yet approachable, with each dish showcasing the finest seasonal ingredients. The flavors are beautifully balanced, and the presentation is nothing short of art. A particular highlight of the experience is the exceptional service, with special mention to Arnaud, whose expertise and passion for hospitality truly elevate the meal. His warm demeanor and attentiveness ensure every aspect of the experience is seamless and enjoyable. This was yet another fantastic lunch, and I can’t help but wish it could become a more regular event. The ambiance was intimate and sophisticated, making it perfect for any special occasion or simply treating yourself to exceptional dining. One Pico has clearly earned its place among the best in Dublin. I’ll definitely be back!

   As always it was fantastic. I go twice a year as a treat and I would forego other nights out to pay for this - it’s so worth it. Service is flawless - friendly and welcoming. Food is well thought out, tasty and flavourful with one course better than the last. My favourite place to eat in Dublin.

   Lovely evening at One Pico. The menu, although limited, was excellent. A la carte would be my preference, as I normally don’t have dessert. However, I would go back for a special occasion.

   Been there many times , great location and atmosphere but quite a few empty tables. Being charges extra for a side of vegetables and new potatoes is a bit ott

    First we had trouble finding the Restaurant. When I saw the Tasting Menu - I was surprised to see "Irish Farmhouse Bread & & Irish Butter" listed as part of the 6 Courses!!! The 1st course was Bubbles foĺlowed by a starter 2 very small items but they were Tasty. Then we had Tomatoes & ? - nice & tasty. We selected Cod & Cauliflower with it's Sauce. - the little square of Cod was perfectly cooked with a good Sauce. But again I had to search for the Cauliflower which was miniscule. Fortunately we had ordered Sides!! The custard base of the Dessert was very bland - the small lemon sorbet was delicious. A decent Bottle of wine was extremely expensive so we decided to have 2 Glasses & 21.40Euros each!
