    Fantastic steaks cooked to perfection. Chips and potatoes could have done with blanching little longer as some were bordering hard. But everything else was faultless

    Table booked for 19.30. Got our food for approx 21.15. Fire alarm (false alarm) went off during cooking and waitress blamed that for a fillet steak been half cooked and inedible. After clearing our plates that’s the last we saw of the waiting staff. Didn’t bother asking if we wanted dessert or coffees. Ribeye was lovely but that was the only good point. Meal given to us at half price the service etc was that bad

    We arrived promptly for our reservation only to be told the table wasn’t ready. We were being seated upstairs on the enclosed terrace which is on the top floor with no lift. One of my party is registered disabled and struggled to climb the stairs. There was no guidance at the time of booking that this is where we were to be seated. And on arrival this wasn’t mention to ascertain if any of the party would difficulty climbing the stairs as there is no lift. We waited for our table out on the very cold terrace. We were seated eventually and not given any menus or offered a drink until 45 mins after arriving. There was a DJ playing in the dining space which was too loud so very difficult to have a conversation. There was also a fire alarm activation during our meal with no guidance from the staff what we should do. After a considerable wait of over an hour our food eventually arrived. The food was good however it was let down by the extremely poor non existent service. Our waitress was chewing gum whilst serving. Greater management is required.

    Waiting staff were all to young bless them they all look terrified. So much chaos watching them try to serve the tables.....both our starters were cold and my steak was extremely fatty could of got a better cut from Asda for 6 quid.....very disappointed. If your a steakhouse make sure your supplier is above standard.

    While we were looking forward to a great dining experience, we were unfortunately disappointed by the service. A few members of our party had to wait an additional 10 minutes for their meals after everyone else had been served, which created an awkward dining experience. Additionally, no staff came around to ask if we wanted more drinks throughout the meal. When it came time to pay, we experienced another delay of about 20 minutes while waiting for the bill, and found that the service charge could not be removed. This was particularly disappointing given the service challenges we faced during our visit.

    Not a good experience, the staff are very inexperienced, a customer got a tray of drinks spilt on them on the table behind. Asked for steak medium rare and even showed them a Photo just to confirm it came out fully rare, Cold and very fleshy. Sent the tomohawk back when it returned our sides were then cold. Bottles of beer very warm and flat, explained this and the staff member just looked at us. Would not recommend.

    Warm welcome, not what I would call a "booth" seating area. Excellent information for a celiac guest. Rather noisy customer which to the managers credit he did speak to. Starter's lovely, large portion of Pork belly luckily as unsure what the steak was cooked in but not too my liking so did not eat. I did asked the waitress who said she would enquire but never came back! Asked if we would like dessert but was never shown a menu. Not a busy evening but a couple of the customers had to ask the staff for drinks/food order to be taken. Could be more attentive. Service charge should be optional, as definitely not worth what was asked. Visited top floor for a post dinner drink, was not overly impressed, tables and seating looked quiet cheap. An expensive night and would rather spend my money elsewhere.

    Very warm welcome greeted us. We were shown to our table upstairs the abeyance was very nice for a couples dining experience. Waitress presented excellent attentive service throughout. In between meals was a gap a very appreciated not rushed consideration Disappointed with portion sizes and steak slightly over cooked for my preference, that said the food was delicious. We would not hesitate returning !

    Just want to let a review about our experience at the restaurant. The athmospher is fantastic, with nice music. We booked for main menu and get a table upstairs with comfortable seats and welcoming light. Staff went very carefuly with us. They asked to help with our jackets, kept a nice order with drink menu, food menu, we didn’t wait long for anything. We enjoyed food, drinks and time spended here and definitely come back for the tapas menu and roof top view with more of our friends. Well done!🥂👏🏻
