Overall a bad experience. It took 30 minutes to get our drinks and then another 30 minutes to get our food. When we finally did get the food, it was cold. The steak we ordered was bone dry and burnt. There were only three tables being used in the whole restaurant, so I would’ve imagined we’d get the best service and food would have come out hot. Unfortunately, that was not the case.

Worst service I have ever experienced. We had an 11:30 AM reservation for four people. The first to arrive was greeted by a surly employee using foul language. We had to go get menus ourselves and ask specifically to get some water which took approximately 1/2 hour. The waiter never came to the table to take our orders. When we told him we were ready to order his response was "I'm not" and he totally ignored us again. At that point, we chose to leave the restaurant and go across the street for lunch. There was one other table occupied in the entire restaurant and they left as well because nobody would serve them.

Went on a Saturday. Although restaurant was half full, they appeared to be understaffed. e.g., our waitress was also bartending. She greeted up promptly and brought us drinks. Our salad took 40 minutes to arrive AFTER I called that to her attention. Dinner arrived 20 minutes later. I had the Moussaka and my wife had the Chicken Souvlaki. The eggplant in the Moussaka was tough and undercooked! A third of the chicken in the Chicken Souvlaki was black/overcooked!

Servers were very pleasant and friendly, but very slow. We were there at 5 pm and only four tables were filled, so they weren't busy. We ordered two cocktails and even though the bar had only one customer, it took almost 20 minutes for our drinks to be made. I ordered the brick roasted chicken and asked for the brussels sprouts instead of mashed potatoes. The sprouts were wet and barely warm and the bacon was soggy. The chicken was just okay, not very tender. Will not go back.

The service at Opa! was fine, the staff was cheerful and responsive. We felt sorry for them because the food quality was so poor. There was something wrong with every dish. The fries were cold and limp. The saganaki was heavy. The chicken and lamb kebabs both tasted like they had been cooked a long time in advance and left to dry out on a steam table. The meatloaf was okay but accompanying potatoes and spinach were very salty

Opa Willow Glen has steadily declined. This was my third visit in three months on a Friday night, and once again, the restaurant was empty. We had an 8-person reservation for 7 p.m., and aside from us, there were no other diners until we left at 8:35 p.m. Shockingly, the server handed us the check at 8:35, telling us to pay and leave because they were closing—despite the sign clearly stating they are open until 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. We were there for a birthday, but the server just dropped the cake on the table, offered no help with candles or cutting, and hurried us to pack leftovers. Boxes were placed in front of us with repeated instructions to hurry. When we went outside to sit at the empty tables, the server came out and told us we couldn’t stay there either. This isn’t an isolated incident. All three visits since August 2024 have had the same experience—an empty restaurant, no atmosphere, and poor service. Once a lively spot, Opa Willow Glen now feels lifeless, with no music, no patrons, and staff who treat the few customers left with impatience. There was no queue for uber eats or doordash orders so not like this restaurant is making any money with online orders. I wonder how they plan to stay afloat with limited hours & awful service behavior.

This was the perfect place to go for our party of six. The staff was attentive and food was delicious.

They ran out of an item that was on the menu, and they forgot to add chicken to my not so great dish I alternatively order. Disappointing experience.
