The main lounge is listed as available for booking in the mobile app, but it’s actually closed on weekdays except for Friday. It’s frustrating to make a reservation only to be seated elsewhere. Additionally, my hookah burned out in 45 minutes without any check-ins from staff. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and always eager to help. I've always had great experiences here, but unfortunately, this time fell short. As a suggestion for improvement, it would be helpful to have a device at each table with buttons to call for hookah or food. This would enhance the experience for guests and make it easier for the staff.

The tables in the patio are really cramed next to each other this makes you feel uncomfortable it seems like you are sitting with people next to you !!

What a gem! The rooftop patio is perfect for an evening out. The argileh was good and perfectly serviced. We ordered a grill platter and the meat was excellent. I gave the service 4-stars because they didn't swing by frequently but again, it's intended to be a chill spot to enjoy an argileh so it's all good 😊
