Hey Ryan Smith, sorry we dropped the ball on your steak. If you read through our reviews you will see that is not the normal situation. We take a lot of pride with our beef and want to stand out with our presentation. We serve the best beef, from Blue Creek Marble Ranch, in Billings Montana. Hand cut in house to ensure our guests receive an amazing steak. Unfortunately we missed the mark on your steak. For that I apologize. With that said, I leave you a zero star review as a guest and except your offer to never come back. You don't get to be a jerk to our Maître D as she is trying anything and everything to make sure the situation is rectified. It was very open-concept dining, so it was not very intimate and private. However, the food was absolutely delicious. We loved the variety of the appetizers, and the aged steaks were world-class. Hands down the best steaks in Bozeman.

Hey Kevin, Thank you for the feedback! I know its hard to gauge what you are going to get at a price tag of 149, but I am happy we didn't disappoint. Those cuts are meant to be shared, but lots of people eat the whole steak themselves. Our steaks are all Prime and American Wagyu from Blue Creek Marble Ranch in Billings Montana. Those fine people raise the best cattle in the state and we are proud to serve their beef. The quality is 100% noticeable whenever we cut and serve one of their steaks. We appreciate you dinning with us this weekend. Hope to see you again soon! -Brandon

Liam was a wonderful server with great recommendations and attentive service. I ordered a fruity mocktail and the bartender made an amazing drink!!! Highly recommend.

Visited on Valentine’s Day around 6:30. Was busy but received excellent service, being quickly greeted at the door and again at our table. Food was delivered fairly quickly and was delicious! Ordered the salmon, bison, potatoes, and brussels. Really enjoyed our meal and both commented on how we should have eaten at Open Range must sooner. Still talking about meal this morning and how we will need to go back!
