   Probably one of the best eating out experiences we’ve had in our lives, and we’re now in our fifties. Just an amazing experience, and a lot of food over 10 courses (plus at least 5 mini courses!) on the taster menu. What a triumph, so proud of what Aktar Islam has created in Brum. We are so lucky to have you and Opheem.

   Amazing food and venue. Everyone was attentive and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Would definitely recommend as a place to go

   We had the most amazing night ever, we experienced the night with 2 good friends, it was so amazing we’ve booked again for our wedding anniversary in September thank you again for your kindness, hospitality and making us feel extra special

   I've wanted to go to Opheem for a while and managed to get a table for lunch. We had the 5 course tasting menu and wine pairing. The food was mostly excellent. The snacks and surprises were thoughtful and interesting, the carrot dish and the main were great. I felt the desert was less inventive but presented well. The wine flight was disappointing. 4 small glasses of average wine for close to £100 was expensive. The inclusion of a mid-priced champagne that can be brought from Waitrose didn't seem appropriate for me. The others were ok but not too memorable. I think I was expecting something more special in a 2 Michelin starred restaurant. The pre-dinner cocktails also came out very quickly and I expect these are just made in batches ahead of time. They were ok but seemed like a misstep. Overall with a bill of £550 for 2 I can't say I'd recommend this experience to others. I came out a bit disappointed but didn't want to upset my dining partner by making a fuss.

   Cannot recommend highly enough. Ambiance, staff, service, food all excellent. If you are a foodie this is a must. Wonderful experience and worth every penny. Thank you OPHEEM for a wonderful and memorable experience x

   We had 2 or 3 course lunch a la carte menu. Excellent food and service. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for
