   Fantastic food with top class service and great wine pairings and cocktails. Not our first visit to Opheem but no less special. One of our favourite places to treat ourselves. Would recommend to anyone.

   Simply stunning. Have wanted to eat here for a long time, having had quite a few Aktar at Home boxes. It did not disappoint. The meal was one of the best we've ever had anywhere Michelin star, staff so genuine and friendly. I cannot recommend this highly enough.

   Unbelievable food. I’ve eaten at 1* Michelin a few times so wondered what a second star could bring. Each course brought a nuanced blend of flavours which came through one after another in the mouth. One bite could bring pistachio then vanilla then warm spices. Everyone in our party (ages 18-75) had the most wonderful food experience and we were there over three hours for the 5 course tasting menu. Relaxed smart casual dress and friendly staff, plus different chefs bringing their own dishes out to serve and tell you about was lovely. Akhtar Islam was up front and centre, working in the kitchen which we didn’t expect for a lunchtime service; people were asking for photos with him and he was gracious and happy to oblige which all added to the atmosphere. The most impressive food I’ve ever eaten- we all agreed that we will come back and that it was worth every penny. Thank you!

   Eating at Opheem is a huge pleasure - great food, good explanations of the food (particularly useful if you're a vegetarian) and friendly, professional service.

   Superb tasting menu, with so many different textures and flavours - loved everything. A relaxed and very comfortable atmosphere. Staff were very professional, friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. The Sommelier couldn’t have been more helpful. We’ll definitely be back to taste the menu from a different season.

   Inspired food, gorgeous setting, and a superbly suprising culinary experience all round, which considering the number of Michelin starred restaurants we’ve visited and the rather large bill, is quite something! All of the service was efficient and professional but we thought some could have been a little warmer and more friendly, for example, a smile and a little enthusiasm (some were). We also felt it would have been nice to be greeted as we entered (we had to go and look for someone) and to have been bid goodnight as we left.

   Opheem lives up to and even exceeds its reputation for outstanding breakthrough food. The whole culinary experience is exceptional, the quality of ingredients top class, the pacing of courses perfect as you work through the tasting menu and the service supreme without being obvious. With each course explained by the chefs who cooked it, as it is served, you are left in no doubt how much love goes into the preparation. From beginning to end this is an involving experience to relish. And if you’re lucky Aktar Islam himself may well be there to say hello.
