   Was super disappointed with this place! Our group of 5 came because we have friends and clients who have recommended it but we won’t be returning. The server claimed there was no happy hour in the evening, but when we pressed him, he reluctantly brought out a happy hour menu. When the bill arrived, both my friend and I were overcharged for our happy hour drinks, and for non-happy hour food item. Service was non existent and we had to flag them down to order food, drinks and the bill. Good ambiance, good drinks, food was ok.

   This was my first time at Ophelia. Book an early sitting before heading to the Canucks game at 6pm. We ordered off the happy hour menu. The food was great and the ambience superb. The best part was the excellent service from Emily.

   Sadly, the place has lost its lustre. The TV's above the bar are really hard to ignore, making it feel more like a cafe than a michelin rated restaurant. The food is still pretty good but really hasn't changed from the beginning. Sadly, it is the service that lacks; from the minute you walk in and get ignored, to the servers that do their best to ignore you and the repeated attempts to get a drink, or more food, till the moment you leave without any sort of acknowledgment. I've been here about a dozen times and it continues to decline. This will be my last visit.

   The staff was lovely however the waiter dropped some nachos from our appie dish and we ordered more to finish off our avocado dip. We were charged for extra chips. Overall the food is excellent and the staff is friendly.

   It was a nice restaurant for sure, our server was good but it seemed as though she had more conversation with other tables than ours? I tried to spark talks but never got any further than that. Food was good but ultimately very greasy. Guacamole was delicious though. We caught the very bottom end of happy hour so for a beautiful ambience the restaurant did grow very loud even though it wasn’t very busy. Might’ve been where we were sitting as well as they crammed every table around us. I’d personally give it a 3/5 stars all in all.

   Tasty, fresh and authentic Mexican cuisine. Enjoyed the spicy mango margarita! Chips and dips starter was a nice touch and start to a fun evening food experience. Seafood app to share was fresh and tasty. Mains were flavourful and tasty. Taco trio with 3 different pork fillings in corn tortillas was excellent. Enchiladas were flavourful and chicken in house mole was delicious.

    The food and service was amazing! The only issue I had was that it was so loud that it was difficult to hear the server when we were speaking to each other. Keep in mind it was at 6pm on a Friday though, so I think more noise is to be expected at that time in a busy restaurant.
