   Porterhouse was overcooked and served cold. Two of the three sides were also served cold. Had to send back. We’ve been to plenty of steakhouses, and this was by far the worst experience.

   Such a wonderful experience on Valentine’s Day. Although the restaurant was busy, the staff members were so kind and professional! The food was delicious and the restaurants ambiance was beautiful for a romantic date night. We really enjoyed our time at Opus and will be back!

   I very much looked forward to trying this place. It looked beautiful online and the menu was appealing. The mistake was booking it for Valentine’s Day. The restaurant clearly tried to take advantage of Valentine’s Day by converting the back of the restaurant into an area for additional seating. We were seated at a folding table with an oversized tablecloth thrown on top of it. The table was wobbly and it required our waiter to shove something under the table leg to balance it. Our table was directly next to the back wall of windows. My chair faced this wall of windows for most of the three hour meal. I could not move my chair to the side of the table next to my husband until dessert because the tables were on top of each other with little room to move the chairs until the others next to us left and because there was also a bar on the side of the table that prevented me from sitting there comfortably long enough to eat dinner. There was no regard to how the configuration of the tables would affect the dining experience. For me the ambiance consisted of the dark night sky and a fire pit that I could see through the windows. My back faced the rest of the people who actually got to enjoy the surroundings of the restaurant. There were many people who were seated in the same area that seemed equally as disappointed. People who arrived after us during a less busy time asked to have their tables moved but our earlier reservation was for a much busier time slot and there did not seem to be empty tables when we looked around. The food took a very long time to come out. Our waiter, who was very pleasurable and friendly, was apologetic and comped our dessert. Besides the positive interaction with the waiter our meal was not impressive. Our meal totaled about $500 including the tip. For this price I expect to receive the whole experience - exceptional food, exceptional service and exceptional ambiance. First impressions matter.

   Everything was outstanding! We had a 7 o'clock reservation and got seated at 7:20, but it was a Valentine's Day on a Friday, so that was to be expected. They brought champagne to the ladies while we waited, which was a great touch of hospitality. The wait staff were knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. Our food came out quickly, was prepared properly, and tasted delicious. Our runner Edmund was another highlight; he was sociable and polite, and not intrusive or overbearing. If I had to offer a critique, I'd say the mocktails were good but seemed a little uninspired. We'll definitely be back! And glad to see sushi back on the menu!

   This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant. Our waitress Irene took over one hour just to take our order for appetizers. Not to mention we weren’t checked on not even a single time throughout the night and we were surrounded by multiple empty tables. This place isn’t worth the price.

   Been to so many high end diners and opus always takes the cake. The best service the best food. Amazing ambience, good drinks. You can not go wrong here. For sure my favorite and most revisited restaurant.

    I came a little early from my reservation. They were able to accommodate immediately. Food was amazing. Great for family kids enjoyed everything. Great fire place outside. Service was amazing Felipo was amazing with helping to choose great foods. All goods from appetizers to deserts were great. Also helped pairing with the right wines.
