Best views you can find period. The steak and lobster were good but I've had better. Drinks were outstanding as well. Service is very good. Will defiantly be back

Thank you for a lovely dinner. The view was just perfect, our waiter was excellent. I need to plan another visit.

My wife and I chose to celebrate our 27th Anniversary at Orange Sky. First thing we noticed was our table for two was elongated resulting is us sitting fairly far apart from each other. We were expecting a more intimate setting. The view from the restaurant is amazing and we overlooked Camelback Mountain and the Praying Monk. Something new we noticed since our last visit was the very bright lights from TopGolf that, unfortunately, shine right at the Talking Stick Resort. Nothing the restaurant or resort can control but it did impact the experience. My wife is a vegetarian and ordered their Vegetable plate. While it look good, all of the vegetables were undercooked to the point they were difficult to cut so she essentially stopped eating dinner at that point. She chose not to notify the server so as not to detract from our evening. It would be nice to have more vegetarian choices. Orange Sky caters more to meat connoisseurs than vegetarians. My double bone chop was outstanding. Wine selection was excellent and offered a variety of pricing. The service was okay but not outstanding. Our server was very impersonal, just going through the motions. I was a little surprised that none of the restaurant staff made any mention of them being pleased that we chose to celebrate our special occasion at their restaurant. Only after we declined dessert and asked for our check did our server bring us a small dessert cake with Happy Anniversary spelled out in chocolate on the plate. Overall a mediocre to poor dining experience for our Anniversary. Prices were relatively expensive and everything is a la carte. We won’t be returning, primarily because of their lack of vegetarian selections.

This is the second time I dined at Orange Sky. The occasion was our wedding anniversary. My opinion is that the food is fair to average for what is promoted as a finer dining restaurant. It was the high end restaurant of a casino resort and perhaps good for resort guests - but not a destination by itself (unlike Kai at Sheraton Wild Horse Pass). The entre of white pork ragu was good, not great. It was very rich and they served too much on the plate. One of my dining companions had the chicken sausage pasta and their reaction was the same...too much of an okay dish. The ceasar salad and brussel sprouts were very good, but the burrata and beet salad was uninspired and average. My overall impression was that I was not very impressed either time dining at Orange Sky. I will not go back as there are so many more dining option in Phoenix that offer superior cuisine for the same price and with excellent ambiance - such as Lon's, Tarbell's, Anhelo's, Kai, and many, many others.
