   Not our first time dining at the Orchard Bar & Table. The service was excellent, both efficient and friendly. Brandy had some great suggestions and took time to chat w us since it was relatively slow. The Brussels sprout appetizer was incredible. We ordered the filet and 2 lob tail special. My lobster were excellent. Only if my wife’s was a bit mushy and tasted a bit off. We know that can happen w lobster. The filet mignon was some of the best meat I’ve ever had but it was drowned in salt. I know that steaks are usually coated with salt as they come up to room temp before cooking, but I would prefer it o add my own salt at the table if it needs it. Maybe a little less in the prep stage. Overall t was a wonderful visit to a favorite place that came up a little short this time. We did let them know our thoughts and the manager comp’d a dessert, which really wasn’t necessary. We’ll be back. I’ll just aske them to leave the salt off mine

   As always, a beautiful setting and our seating was comfortable. Our waitress was pleasant and tentative. The salads and sangria were delicious, but the fish was overcooked and soggy and my pasta was cold and seemed like it was cooked earlier and prepared again for my order. We have had dinner here several times, hoping that our experience improves, trying different entrees but we are mostly disappointed with the food.

   We got seated on time for our reservation. We were close to the front and the cold air coming in from the patrons coming and going made the whole visit cold. The whole place was open and very loud. Difficult to converse, even just across the table. The whipped feta and hot honey with oita chips appetizer was excellent. I got the braised beef cavatelli. Dish was cold, flavor fair. Much of the pasta shells were stuck together and burned. Wife got the lover's salad and salmon. She said both tasted very good. However, when we got home, she ended up getting sick. Waitress saaid she is a manager there, and was excellent. Pricey for what you get, but that is not unusualy given the location.

   Excellent food prep and presentation. The most outstanding pork chop ever tasted, perfectly cooked, as tender as as filet mignon. Kudos to their pork chop and the chef that prepared it. Scallops delicious with the squash puree and excellent crispy brussel sprouts. Really a compliment to the kitchen for the food prep and a shout out to Curtis our waiter who made the entire experience steps above with his attentiveness and great personality, thank you!

   Our Dinner Club friends enjoyed the evening very much. We do prefer round tables for conversation but the food and ambience were spectacular. Our hostess was most accommodating to our needs and the server Ava was outstanding. Nicely done Orchard.

   Four of us went for a 1:30 reservation on Valentine’s Day. At that time it was not crowded, we were not rushed; it was a very leisurely lunch. Our server was professional knowledgeable. I look forward to another visit. We ordered from the lunch menu, 2 of us ordered smash burgers, another a salad with chicken topping, and I had the flat iron steak. We were all pleased. The truffle fries were delicious. And the extra salad I ordered to go with the steak and fries was just the right size, perfectly dressed. The cocktails 2 of us had were exceptional. I had a pear martini with sage simple syrup (not sure if that’s how it was described) and my friend had the fig and vanilla martini. We were both happy!

   Always a great experience at The Orchard! Service was a bit slow, but very professional. Food was great, although the lobster bisque was way too much (huge bowl), and way too thick for bisque...flavor was great..lots of lobster.
